It is an interesting dichotomy. On the one hand the company seems to be doing well, yielding over 7% at these prices... but on the other there could well be a "loose" holder out there that will probably hit the market with more stock at some point. At least that's the first hit out of the way and we don't need to worry for another 3 months. Fingers crossed the next sale, if it happens, will be at a higher price

CWA1, your not alone, the problem now is they are probably going to ditch the rest of the holding at some stage.

Oh well, in for a penny, in for a pound. Took a few more in the opening auction. Though it would have been nice to not have been one of the small handful of people that DIDN'T know this placing was coming when I made my previous purchase yesterday :-(

Well it’s opened pretty much at the last low

I wish as well, but they got them all away pretty quick, just below the last low as well,so they have a hell of a bargain.

If this goes anywhere near 660p today I will be adding more than my current holding value.

I guess the seller got these at a huge discount initially.

Bookbuilding started today and, ahem, a few selected accounts may have known what was coming. So made some room. Should be a fairly quick process - only £150m of stock for a FTSE company and already probably 5% lower than it should be if you look where other IM companies are. When I sold PHNX at 723p, I also sold MNG at 239p, where it still is, give or take.

Wonder if people doing the running are erm doing the selling shorting ,I mean if I was in a no brainier position I would not take advantage of it . The real question for us minions is what’s the bottom going to be for topping up, chart looks like they will try for the last low early feb if they can really hammer it, all imho

Yep - I added today - shame about the wait for the next divi But then a near 7 yield is attractive

That would do it Shame retail can't participate via Primary Bid

Indeed it does. Explains why it hasn't wanted to participate in any wider market rallies for the last couple of days. Still, once it's done, it's done. Anything under £7 looks good to me, having sold (too early, as usual) in the low 720s having already snaffled the dividend.

Hmmmmm. That does indeed seem a possible reason!

I wonder if this is the reason for the share price weakness
