02/8/2018 17:59 | If the big money is manipulating the price, why enter when they have the edge? Out of all stocks why pick the one being manipulated? | staylow2
02/8/2018 17:13 | Yes good luck all, I’ve doubled down | bashor
02/8/2018 16:41 | Well this is a bit like roulette at the moment. All bets are now on the table. Good luck for tomorrow. | muchodinero
02/8/2018 16:25 | I've taken a few for a punt before statement tomorrow just under 114. Probably madness, but sometimes they surprise on the upside.. | dplewis1
02/8/2018 15:52 | Just added at sub 113 I never thought it would be possible | bashor
02/8/2018 15:51 | Read the articles about shorts and how they create their own market and control the share price in companies. PETS just happen to be a suitable victim at this point in time. Imho | muchodinero
02/8/2018 15:48 | Why is this in the dog house ? | hvs
02/8/2018 15:45 | Why is this in the dog house ? | hvs
02/8/2018 15:23 | Only assuming here, but looks like Norges have same holding, but looks like loaned stock been returned. If so timed for tomorrows update. PI shorts might want to take note. | kmann
02/8/2018 15:09 | TR-1.. Norges still happy to increase their holding by another 1% | dplewis1
02/8/2018 14:35 | I wonder if this is the capitulation stage? Total carnage, through lower bollinger etc.. Shorts are absolutely smashing it. Norges must be spitting at this! | dplewis1
02/8/2018 14:33 | Here we go..shorts are making their move by the look of things. How long do they want to play this one is the big question? | muchodinero
02/8/2018 13:07 | Thank you Pete | gswredland
02/8/2018 11:19 | Well following a bit more research into our short position 'friends'.. I looked at another very recent example of their manipulation. Short funds took out a massive 22% short position on retailer Ocado during the period Jan to Dec 2017 (long term manipulation). There were many stories being peddled about impending doom and gloom (just take Motley Fool as one example). Well once the shorts drove the share price down to about 200p they suddenly changed their tactics and the price started a miraculous rebound (5 fold) upto a recent price of 1150p, despite the company not reporting any profits, just more losses, yet all of a sudden lots of good news stories started appearing once the shorts rapidly started closing nearly all of their 22% positions. Are we seeing the same story being rolled out here?? | muchodinero
02/8/2018 07:43 | Gswredland It's a trading update tomorrow rather than results as such. (If it were half year or annual results they would have been in a pre-results closed period on July 17th when the Chairman's wife bought 200,000 shares). | pete160
02/8/2018 06:47 | Sorry everyone but do PETS report this Friday? | gswredland
01/8/2018 17:08 | HSBC buy recommendation is old news from beginning of July, although based on company guidance and hopefully a reasonable trading update on Friday I would tend to agree with that near term target. Shorts are in control at the moment and they will control any uplift in the shares going forward. (read the article on how they probably control and manipulate the share price in collusion with others, its an interesting read). | muchodinero
01/8/2018 09:31 | Short manipulation. The shorts have probably been manipulating things here for a long time to the detriment of genuine holders and the company. Here's a very interesting article on how they are probably doing it and will continue to until management can tough it out.......... | muchodinero
01/8/2018 08:18 | HSBC Buy 116.05 185.00 Reiterates | kmann
31/7/2018 23:35 | So the short argument is if its not online its not profitable. So how do you explain the £50million free cash flow? and the divi, and the director buys, and ii buys. and that short position is fake, they started closing but not reporting weeks ago. | kmann
31/7/2018 20:45 | Top shorted stock Chart is 100% bearish Retail That’s a pretty risky market to buy into.. | staylow2
31/7/2018 17:27 | It's not just Amazon, it's other companies like Pet Supermarket.com.I use to go to Pets st Home, bricks and mortar retailers can't compete, business rates is a killer, rent plus staff costs. I get pet food next day, cheaper, delivered free. | montyhedge
31/7/2018 15:35 | Could be last day of squeeze lower - end of month call. Could argue this looks primed as a coiled spring: Director Buys + IIs loading last few weeks... I am back in. | cantrememberthis2 |
