22/7/2021 11:18 | What sunk POG wasn't just the incompetence and corruption of previous management it was also the low grade deposits. Hopefully the new strategy, when it is released, will include the addition of higher grade deposits, whether through acquisition or exploration. | robertstronghand
22/7/2021 08:03 | Could see a bounce in this one still a 6.24% short position, short and caught comes to mind. | montyhedge
22/7/2021 06:09 | The rns does? | midasx
21/7/2021 14:17 | A 39% fall in production to 195k oz in H1. What explains that? | galeforce1
21/7/2021 08:27 | So much for the skills of all the new BoD. | katsy
17/7/2021 22:05 | Midas 13 haha but were you meaning age or IQ ? | loupos5
17/7/2021 22:02 | robertstronghand just read the most recent pages but not historical posts. really is absurd what those 2 say about you and the company. did he copy his name robert from yours ? must have done. cannot really take their endless silly comments seriously, accusing anyone positive of being deluded when DELUDED is exactly describes them. but what do you make of it. they are trying to damage the share price by any means possible -, deramping presumably shorting too but it seems to be much more than that ? I can honestly say I have never seen the like of them. help me. some comments suggest you have met, know or knew Strukov-is that correct ? | loupos5
14/7/2021 17:02 | Are you actually 13? | midasx
14/7/2021 16:28 | And you think that's good? | lawrence thirteen
14/7/2021 13:55 | $3000 fine, opens the way for IRC deal to comlete. | midasx
14/7/2021 10:55 | Do you mean IRC shares? 29.9% of the share capital is worth approximately $81 million, but you would not get that if you put up such a high percentage for sale. Agreed, the OLD board signed up to a very bad deal, however releasing POG from the debt guarantee will pay huge dividends, literally, in short/medium term IMHO. | midasx
14/7/2021 08:23 | Yeah great news, giving away 29.9% of POGs shares for $10 million when worth at least $100 . That'll inspire future investors | lawrence thirteen
14/7/2021 07:48 | Gold appears to be consolidating above $1800 for now, possible very good news regarding early debt repayment in the next few weeks, news of the IRC deal completion in the short term, hugely oversold on the RSI, the worm may just be getting ready to turn? Will come back in 6 months and see where we are! | midasx
14/7/2021 06:25 | Taking on too much debt almost finished the Company. The new board appear to have their priorities set at reducing debt and refinancing on significantly reduced rates. With Gold above $1800 the company will be throwing off cash with significantly reduced finance costs. | midasx
14/7/2021 06:11 | Repurchasing $200 million of the debt before refinancing the remainder at a far more preferable rate. The IRC deal must be close to completion allowing a significant credit rating upgrade. | midasx
13/7/2021 11:03 | Never Dull! We are approaching twelve months since the recent highs above 40p! Been adding around 22p, things are never as bad as they seem, new floatation plant now operational allowing far more of our own more profitable refractory ore to be processed. Gold above $1800 compared to broker projection based on $1200! Evgeny Potapov is a seasoned corporate executive with over 20 years' experience in natural resources industries. He is a Russian national and English speaker. Following his appointment to the Board, he has also become a member of the Nominations and Safety, Sustainability and Workforce Committees of the Board. Chairman James W. Cameron Jr said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to welcome Evgeny to the team at Petropavlovsk. His technical and financial knowledge, built during a long career in the metals & mining industry, will be a valuable addition to the Company. The Board would also like to put on record its thanks to Maxim Kharin for his service to the Company over the course of his tenure and wish him well in his future endeavours." | midasx
06/7/2021 09:45 | Interesting looking at the AGM presentation, the new management have managed to identify gross saving of $26m since February by cutting out bloated contracts with related parties and other fat. Add in that capital spend, $26m in H1, is finished for the Pioneer flotation plant, with 60ktpa of concentrate slated to be processed in H2, we can look forward to an impressive level of cash generation over the next six months. Gold has recaptured 1805, bottom is in. | robertstronghand
06/7/2021 08:27 | Robertstronghand claims that investors saw their shares collapse from £5 to 5p. true. But there was a renaissance that started in 2016 (now basically dead). Do not think 5p cannot happen again .. it so can I also do not understand why Robertstrongwhatever thinks he can pull rank on everyone. I have been on this board since 2017 way before he started his skewed and partial commentary I am out for now. I lurk in the hope (vain hope) that something approaching rationality will once again return to this company. As I have said those that choose to laud the new management (and their puppet masters behind the scenes) are severely deluded. Had shareholders and previous management won the vote last august this would have gone to a £1 and beyond. what has befallen this company is nothing short of tragic. In short, It has fallen amongst thieves. | undervaluedassets
06/7/2021 07:59 | More chaos to come. I hear Strukov is tiring of Alexandrov and he may not be around much longer. Were it not for the fact that lives have been ruined, the company is being destroyed and the shareholders are screwed I could almost admire Strukov for his Machiavellian genius in stealing this formerly successful company in plain sight, under the noses of the British regulators.Paying millions to KPMG for a report whose only claim of substance was that they have not interviewed many people and needed to do more work was an inspired move. His mouthpieces can still claim the investigation into dodgy deals continues and use it to distract attention from failing performance.I fear we will soon be seeing this story move from farce to tragedy. | robert handofstrukov
06/7/2021 07:59 | More chaos to come. | robert handofstrukov
02/7/2021 08:18 | And the chaos continues.. uninvestable this company | undervaluedassets
01/7/2021 17:55 | I can understand the votes against the package given to Denis, it was overly generous, however I find it bizarre that all the important resolutions passed easily otherwise, including for the reappointment of all the board who appointed him. Never straight forward with this company. | robertstronghand
01/7/2021 10:14 | Whilst certainly a chump, not sure it is appropriate to view Stronghand as an independent actor. I have always viewed Midas & Stronghand as propagandists with a Soviet zeal and respect for truth, quite clearly on the Strukov payroll. It will be interesting to read their justifications for Alexandrov’s package. | robert handofstrukov
30/6/2021 15:03 | robertstronghand you are a prize chump. POG Would have surged to £1 and beyond had the vote been won by the status quo last August. The price is where is because of all chaos since, If you decide to look for skeletons in any company's closet you will find them. This is of course what Strukov wanted all along cos he wants to inflict damage on the share price. All will become clear and sooner rather than later Nuff said | undervaluedassets |
