Some more actual gold mined due to the gold circuit, extra 4000 ounces more compared to Q1 2017 on 5% less gold actually took out of the ground. So the improvements to better grades has made more production year on year Q1 at much better gold price than last year. POX Q4New CEO Good full year production targets GOOD RNS

I'd feel happier if a director was buying an amount of shares thats value was more than a months wage. This is not much of a vote of confidence!

Is he related to Trump?

Not surprising when he controls virtually all media, controls all legal, political, economic, military and religious levers, imprisons or assassinates all credible opposition politicians, and does everything in his power to whip up nationalistic pride, fear, and hatred. He's a classic dictator - and very successful at it!

You must be joking . Putin has never been more popular in Russia. Fek off with your fake news

Russia oligarchs probably will be happy to remove Putin
He is fighting for his survival, will he complete his presidency? I doubt it
The share price is not looking good on the short term, we need to produce more gold at lowere costs for many years

Hope we survive intact in time for POX to help secure our future.

At least we no longer have the association with Victor Vekselberg, who is one of the seven Oligarchs targeted by latest sanctions.
I think it would have required him having in excess of 50% for sanctions to take hold but not a positive by any means.
SP still being affected by the ongoing situation I feel.

That's the theory going forward, I hope you're right.A game changer is sorely needed atthis point.Let's hope it's the POX hub that notonly changes the game but also the SP.

The POX development is a game changer for POG. What nearly killed it will secure the long term future and prosperity for the company. Being able to charge other companies on top of processing their own ore lovely jubbly!

The market will start to respond as POX completion gets ever closer regardless of the Russian connection.

On reflection i am not sure this is so important because at least their interests with their bonus means on a years time when they can exercise their possibility of selling then the of the share price has risen they will get more benefit.

? They are getting a percentage of their fixed salary. If the share price is higher then they get less shares, if the share price is lower they get more shares. With a ‘low’ share price they get more shares. It would be better to agree a fixed number of shares from the outset and then they get more monetary return if the share price goes higher. Then they are definitely incentivised to get the share price higher. Their interests are then aligned to the share price as is the share holder(owner) interest. Maths?

I have done my Dyor:

Number of shares have been fixed, thanks.

The number of ordinary shares awarded was based on the mid-market closing share price of Petropavlovsk PLC ordinary shares on 6 April 2018, being 7.15 pence.
The bonus is based on 2017 salaries, which are also fiexed (for the 3 lucky directors) ;)

See today’s RNS on Bonus. Instead of giving a fixed number of shares those mentioned in the RNS are getting a percentage of their salary as shares as a bonus. Although it is good that there are now more aligned management interests with shareholders it would be better if a fixed numbers of shares were promised in the future not percentage of monetary salaries. Dyor imho

Since Rakishev bought the shares from Putin’s “friend” , sanctions should not affect to current shareholders. For what I read , the avoidance of sanctions was the reason the previous shareholder of reference sold his shares to Mr Rakishev.
