This is the important part for me - Significant commitment from directors, supporting 44% of the placing.

Never heard of a placing with a premium to SP, especially not at PTR. Let's hope there is more good news to come

Uptick in volume but I don't see anything of significant size yet to suggest anything coming. Would love to be wrong of course. When did Dbarron last make an appearance? He always had some interesting opinions to share.

I’d say someone is building a stake here. There’s been a few large trade s over the last few months. Heading North at last, we could hit 1p soon 😂

Hi Spudders, Totally agree, 14p would be a loss for me but I'd take it. Same regarding AIM oilers, I'm also in PPC - for a similar (IEC Connection) reason I'm here. Peter Levine is CEO and has 30% of the company...Another shocker performance wise but very undervalued...so Mr Levine keeps telling me. Lost the lot on AFR ... and that wasn't even AIM. Too much corruption in the small oil sector

CC, the Ruskys has first dibs in the 70’s, we were supposed to have better seismic to prove up field. Ill settle for a break even 14p 😂 no more aim Oiler’s for me, sitting this and AMER out as been in both since 2007. Best of Luck 🍀

I was an IEC investor and made a few quid on them, that's the reason I bought here... and it looked like the investment of the century when we were at 72p. From memory the Indians well over paid for IEC. I think the acreage was bit like PTR's - lots of oil but hard to get it out.

IEC used to be a listed company many years back, I’d of thought they would of bought license 61 way back when it was auctioned if they saw potential. I suppose with all our infrastructure in place and proven reserves they could pick up a bargain knowing our financial situation. Some one will make some serious cash and it won’t be us LTH’s 😢 o/t AMER is still worth researching! no advice intended

The neighboring license to No. 61, which belongs to Imperial Energy, is owned by another Indian company ONGT. Maybe buyers?

I’ve been thinking that if licence 67 is being put into production, does that mean we potentially have interested parties in License 61 ???

David Sturt, the Company's Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") commented, "This is an exciting development for the Company as we work towards commencing production from the Cheremshanskoye field in Licence 67. Re-entering the two previously drilled wells enables us to initiate production without the need for significant capital. In addition, following the approval of the Cheremshanskoye field reserves from the State Reserves committee (GKZ) earlier this year, the field qualifies for a 20% lower production tax which significantly increases the value of each barrel of oil by approximately $4/bbl in today's oil price environment. We have outlined a twin track strategy to develop shareholder value. These wells have the potential to both increase production and revenues while also booking further reserves and increasing the value of Licence 67." Looks good to me.
