Wonder if the new SFO investigation into Gupta will hasten the closure with PFC due to staff resources?

@ phugold... At the time dealy made his comment the FTSE was down close to 100 points @ 6,823.60 so yes, "a horrible day" is not an inaccurate categorisation of how the day was developing. Recovered half its losses during late morning and afternoon, with a little cheer from the Dow.

I agree with dealy. PFC has held up well over the last couple of days of a bruising market generally elsewhere. Bodes well!

I've been an investor in PFC since long before the SFO announcement four years ago... and have been adding on many drops... and no, it's not easy to make money... but one does what one can! ;)

Making the point that it's easier said than done. Did you manage to buy under £1? What's your average?

"the idea is to buy when the share price is low and sell when it’s high…"

Marvellous insight eodfire... never thought of it like that! :@:@ :)

Yes, quite. Looks like it was good risk / reward at under a quid. Never feels comfortable to buy when things seem bad but the idea is to buy when the share price is low and sell when it's high...

Good to see a clean slate so now PFC can focus on what it does best, win contracts like the BP deal. Looks like a break out and a Rocket move up and away.

Exactly, SFO actions have huge implication on peoples livelihoods and financial wellbeing!

They need to put up or shut up, this has gone on for far too long!

My suspicion is that he's ear marked for a big job that we'll hear about later.
Succession looks built in.
High time the SFO had to account for THEIR actions.

Reminds me of Royal Mail share price and chart, unfortunately I bought too high up on that one and bailed way too early. :-(
