That could tell us lots about the confidence level of the SFO in all the charges they have brought. PFC playing it cool in these statements - the clean cool mannerly kid!
Given everything, the CEO is making all the right noises.

No real surprises here as far as I can tell, results are as was expected, with no dividend till fortunes improve. The key is no existing employees have been charged only former employees and that PFC is fully supportive of any further questions quires that come their way to put an end to the matter as quick as possible (refer to Jan 15th RNS).

Current enterprise value (market cap plus net debt) is only 700m USD. Any results have to be put in the context of the very low enterprise value

Looks OK, no change in SFO status, profits and turnover down, but COVID related....cash flow good, cost savings excellent, and debt down...good liquidity. Challenging outlook still but improving.

Going to be huge writedowns tomorrow so headline figures will be meaningless. Really need a solid update on investigations but doubt we will get it. Question is how did they reduce debt so need to examine the full numbers and decide if the company is on the road to recovery.
