Cannot find anything about why sentencing has been delayed, no news from H/Q about it, will the case be thrown out of court due to the SFO not having authority to include documents from foreign companies outside of U/K jurisdiction, a good chance it will I reckon.

What we really need is an SFO investigation into the corruption that is rife in the city.

Shorts increased massively 2 days before the original SFO investigation was announced 4 years ago...

Look at short increases all over the city etc. there is nowt more corrupt than those that proclaim to govern and protect against any corruption.

The SFO job is to stop bribery and corruption and if PFC where involved they should be prosecuted and held up as an example to others that this will not be tolerated otherwise the justice system will be seen as being corrupt as well

D/L has pleaded guilty so why has sentencing been delayed, maybe he is ill or the evidence that the SFO has obtained has been classed as inadmissible and his
Barrister has raised the point, now that would screw up the SFO case.

Delayed was not what I wanted to hear , gives the shorts more time, something has come up to delay sentencing, maybe his barrister has brought up the Supreme Court ruling.

IMO the reason is obvious - the KBR case has put a spanner in the works.
Supposing Lufkin pleaded guily because the SFO had obtained documentation to which a subsequent Supreme Court ruling said they were not entitled. It's possible but we don't know.

But if the SFO investigation ends up in the manure we could be looking at a mini GameStop here. That would be fun!!

Please note, Hearing Finished means the hearing of the case is concluded for today. It is not an indication that the case has finished just that today's hearing has finished.
