Have a look at RDSB its not doing very well either if you are in that market. Personally I am not touching oil until new year and only keeping those I have as no point selling it will turn but all you get picking a bottom is smelly fingers.

True again pogue, but the share price is at a all time low for a reason. Experience has taught me to buy good companies with no debt when they are valued at their lowest. It would not take much good news for this to jump 20 percent in a short time. That will do me!

the biggest driver of companies is profits and currently the oil sector is not generating much of that, when that turns around so with PFC, a short boost if the SFO drop the case will get eaten away if there are no profits.
Read the article below to get an idea of the current situation. Until last week most articles on oilprice.com were positive finally they, and the industry, are recognizing the obvious fact... oil demand is low and likely to continue that way for a while. Oil will turn, it always does, but not this year.

True Dinga, but I have played this 3 times so far since March 2020 (all with 10-20% profit), it is cheap as chips with no stamp duty and you always have the chance of a relief rally. The longer the SFO case goes on (without charges) the better the chance of a favourable outcome IMO. Add to that a short squeeze and this could really motor.

Wally the bears have it nailed for the past couple of years.

Needs to see sfo out of the way before it's going to change.

Huge bull bear battle going on here. Not surprising with around 7 percent of shares short.I am on the bull side, but no winners yet. I know they have a order book issue, but also over£1b net real assets and a market value less than £500k.This will recover IMO

Just glad I'm only down 8 quid on a little tentative spread bet. Hoping to catch the rebound and go in with more. Remember the days when it was a shock to see this drop under 400p per share.
