What others are you focussing on?
I've got;
Saga - 13.5p for some travel exposure should treatment/virus improve.
TLW - yesterday as oil stocks looking beaten down let alone overlooked.
BOO - not exactly cheap by any margin but expecting run up to results, online is winning at the moment and will only become a bigger presense. Got in mid to low 200's after the dip target 380p.
Mnzs - bought yesterday too looking for it bounce of lower channel and hopefully push through 130p(breakout)...

the uk small and mid caps are mostly totally overlooked at present. incredibly cheap companies across the whole UK market

Yeah looks like it they wanna take it down to 140's again.Next time you buy and see the couple of trades will be small ones to take the share price down. Never seen something like that on any share.

Yes they do bring in more revenue and with that profit margin they have a larger profit with it. However not enough to justify another billion on the market cap imo.

Cheap compared to Wood Group Right?

Wood group on the march upwards circa 240p back around the market lows due to corona virus these were priced the same we now have a difference of 80p...

both stocks shorted, both have similar order book size following results, wood group more debt but more revenue. Wood groups margin is twice that of PFC's too.
PFC has the bribery fraud investigation though
However wood group market cap £1.64B
PFC's £567.

Bought recently at 163.5 will continue to hold awaiting the re-rate.
