Lodge, no idea where that’s from I was expecting 10p next year, maybe I am being pessimistic


Quite a reversal this morning here, what’s caused it 472-430p at present

I was thinking if we get near 400p again I will buy but maybe that too optimistic going forward.

Will have to check feedback from analysts and any new broker notes isssued

WPP at 1200p is bottom of down channel, that level needs to hold really

Will just sit this one out for a better long entry

Not really. Results out. Steady away as they are, barring a contract win they will drive the price down.

Good results! Always a bummer when results are posted on a down market day. Dow Jones dropped 1.5% yesterday again. Given the general market conditions and negative sentiment, if we end up +5% by close, I will be happy with that. Lot of new clueless posters here today. @dahhad - share price fell few weeks ago off the back of the SFO news (which in my opinion was a massive overreaction) not based on PFC’s financials which have always been brilliant. In long run this will recover well.

Stable performance with a dividend trim as indicated, yielding over 8% historically. The backlog is down 12.8% though; allegedly Oman contracts will improve this.

That news suggests the SFO investigation later this year perhaps?

Let’s see what’s in the results but I think a contract win would be well received.

A senior executive at the London-listed oilfield services group Petrofac (Amsterdam: PF6.AS - news) is to return to the company temporarily nine months after he was suspended as part of a Serious Fraud Office (SFO) probe.
Sky News has learnt that Petrofac will announce alongside its annual results on Thursday that Marwan Chedid, its former chief operating officer,‎ is to return to the company in an advisory role.
