19/7/2017 12:47 | All good here and over at PRIM, nearly doubled my cash on that one! Steady progress north here, dip buying and some positive news flow would add to the move higher | ny boy
19/7/2017 12:11 | Now green on the day start of 468 | whattheduce
19/7/2017 12:09 | My reading of this is that the mess from open this morning and the close price issue has been cleared through and we are back to normal service. The graph above shows open at 468, the live price app shows open at 467 but the current gain on the day is +9.27 as of 13:07. Back to where we were yesterday with yesterday's patterns. Big question, is 475 the next step level, should I bail there or stick to the original plan and bail 480+ Having said that, now reading 467 -0.40. Get it sorted LSE. | whattheduce
19/7/2017 12:06 | Dip buyers again, onwards to 520p short term target, well according to IG index chart technicals, let's see how good they are, I have 506p as a short term target.. say 2-4 weeks. | ny boy

19/7/2017 10:22 | Yeah Ludi. It's a psychological issue I have. I have learned to wait long times when I am not making profit but when I am making a good profit I can't hold easily. I need to learn more. | vk74
19/7/2017 09:58 | "VK7419 Jul '17 - 10:17 - 7777 of 7779 0 0 I totally agree with you NY. I do feel higher stress waiting to buy than holding. I need to log out of advfn during trading times.." I'm just the opposite, Ludo still sitting on the fence... over and out until further notice. | luderitz

19/7/2017 09:17 | I totally agree with you NY. I do feel higher stress waiting to buy than holding. I need to log out of advfn during trading times.. | vk74
19/7/2017 09:16 | I never went out, my never ending greed stopped me from selling. With hindsight, well with hindsight I would be the richest man on the planet right now. I have a strategy which I don't see the need to amend just yet, sell at 480+ and look for dips down to 460ish to buy back in. If lucky, might buy in to Carillion waiting for the PFC dip and vice versa. Something not right about the price info coming out of the LSE today. currently showing 462.30 with a +4.57 gain indicating the closing price was 457, the close price from yesterday keeps flipping between 457 and 468. It isn't the app so much because it is just passing on LSE numbers. All a bit unsteady at the moment. | whattheduce
19/7/2017 09:05 | Wtd.. did you get back in, it's difficult being out in case of positive news flow, contract wins etc. Nothing worse being out and the price spikes higher! | ny boy
19/7/2017 08:46 | Buyers will step in on any mini pull back | ny boy
19/7/2017 08:44 | I got a quote for 476.2 sell yesterday but my slurping greed made hold on for more, more, more. Perhaps 476 was the new step up rather than 480 and I'm now stuck for another few days on the wrong side of the cycle. I suspect though that post market shenanigans have caused a load of stops to be triggered and there is a fair amount clearing to be done in low volume. mm should be not allowed to do so much trading after closing, unbalances things. I'm still looking for 480 this week as the new upper step. | whattheduce
19/7/2017 08:28 | Looks like a good call to have sold everything at 474, now needs to go down to 432... | vk74
19/7/2017 08:15 | Top up time with IG index an long | ny boy
19/7/2017 08:13 | You need to get rid | robo175
19/7/2017 08:00 | The app is now saying 466.5 giving an inc of 1.92% (+8.77) which puts it on a par of the post trading price of 457.73 last night. LSE needs to get its act together because there are a lot of stop loss set to track the closing price. So LSE which is it, 468 or 457. If it is 468 then there will be thousands of stops being triggered, is that why the price was flying all over place and still not settled? Thankfully I don't use stops anymore following some very bad negotiated trades. | whattheduce
19/7/2017 07:48 | Here we go again, livening up, let's hope we can take out yesterday's high and close above it, on the path to 506p + | ny boy
19/7/2017 07:41 | Consolidation time | ny boy |
