Full interim results -

"The Board has declared an interim dividend of 22.0 cents per share (2014: 22.0 cents), in line with the 2014 interim dividend, which will be paid on 16 October 2015 to eligible shareholders on the register at 18 September 2015. Shareholders have the opportunity to elect by close of business on the record date to change their dividend currency election. Shareholders who have not elected to receive dividends in US dollars will receive a sterling equivalent, based on the exchange rate on 23 September 2015."

Petrofac will probably move with the oil price ovements and with Iran have access to sell their oil the price should move down, however their will be a great oppertunity for Petrofac as the infastructure in Iran will need some serious capex after being shut out of the markets for so long an with petrofac just across the water in sharjah and not being an american company should put them in a good position.

Irn Bru my point about the balance sheet is that it is easy to hide things in a business with big numbers going in and out , especially across year ends . Much simpler in a lower turnover more transparent business .
You are clearly right about the £6 being time to buy. Sadly I have no retrospectoscope .
I am about even now and plan to hold long term.
BTW did you notice the $US 780 Million Kuwait contract 10 days ago - hopefully good for the share price

The market seems to like it. Hard to account for big irregular numbers in and out of a balance sheet.

Though Deutsche Banks has lowered its target price to 875 , and Barclays still says buy to 1400.
One or more of them are miles out. They are all guessing too!

Nice upgrade by Nomura being reported today - up from 7.65 to 11.30 target (neutral to buy).
