Pathetic , useless and above all waste of time, the approval will never come it seems. After waiting for so many years , it is likely end of story and we poor shareholders have lost .

Indeed, this is probably going nowhere, I thought back in the day this was a winner, alas local corruption, turgid admin and wholesale govt incompetence has resulted in stagnation and likely no oil production, Very sad indeed...govt behaviour is actually quite incomprehensible!

Well more jam tomorrow.It does appear likely that Heron 1 will never get to be a production unit which is very sad given the fact that it will probably yield financial gain for the country.....baffles me why government does not grab opportunity like this with both hands. Shows that corruption runs at high level there, what else are they waiting for?

Still no signed document and we are now into Q2, you have to despair of how useless the Mongolian central and regional authorities are, clearly clueless or waiting for the manilla envelope that's not going to come. Unfortunately, our CEO appears to be unable to offer much more than hot air... when are we going to get an update and a signed document to allow oil extraction from Heron?
