Either its a broker pump ahead of a discounted placing, or Heron has been approved.

Should find out in January 2021 what the reason is.

Hi thatsmart1......no....I said "fully cash funded".

BPC do not have the cash. They have a potential option to use CLN provided they meet the requirements, or the requirements are relaxed. That means they dont have the cash now........and that cash to pay for drilling is dependent upon future events.........most likely the usage of Convertible Loan Notes.....which means hundreds of millions of new shares flooding into the market.

Post208. You missed out BPC with a * Pro. They are fully funded, drill ship is being loaded with stores and should set sail any time as ETA is mid December, spud 18th December, targeting over 1 billion barrels.

Market cap value of companies in similar situations (big explo but not super flush with cash). Those with a * are fully cash funded for their upcoming drill/s.

They need money, thats for sure.

Exploitation license is the key event.......get that and then they can farm out or raise money.

Farm out would add value........equity fund raise would obviously see the share price down. I think they will go for an equity fund raise, the directors purchased at 10p in the last placing and will want, imo, a chance to buy cheap and average down.

So I expect a large placing at some point with a low price.

Well it certainly won't be because they are going to drill a well at this time of the year, only conclusion being that it's getting ramped prior to a fundraise.
