Yes....... I see ECO down 25% in Canada.

Question is, is it the news the licenses will be challenged by the opposition, or have they just struck water at Joe ? Licenses I would have expected 5% to 10% fall tomorrow, that now its 25% suggests something else maybe. It was a sudden drop down.......... so really for me its a question of flash crash to get shares or its Joe news leaking as wet wells are quick to drill offshore.

Going to be a lot of nervous and worried people holding ECO now.

Uncrossing Trade (UT) was 8.55p so MATD opens in the morning at 8.55p.

Looks like a red start then, MM's might shake it in an attempt to get some stock, I predict a solid strong finish and blue - as news on Heron-1 could be anytime from Monday morning onwards now.

The market makers like to be in control.
Yesterday in the last half hour they were not in control.
At one point the bid==offer as buys came in.
Today to prevent a repeat they closed reduced (closed off?) electronic trading.
Still the buys came in but more controlled, people resorted to using the phone.

Will be interesting start tomorrow.

Lesson - if you want in before the weekend do not leav it till late on Friday afternoon.

News next week - could be Monday.

Petro Matad 2 wells currently drilling

Heron-1

The Heron 1 exploration well in the Tamsag Basin of Block XX spudded with the DQE International 40105 rig on 19 July 2019. Drilling operations continue towards a planned total depth (TD) of 3,050 metres.
 
The well is an appraisal of the T19-46 oil field immediately to the north in Block XIX and is targeting a prospect with 25 MMbo of Mean Prospective Recoverable Resource.
The Company expects to be in a position to announce the results of the drilling and logging of the well during the week commencing 9 September 2019.

Red Deer-1 exploration well targeting a prospect with 48 MMbo of Mean Prospective Recoverable Resource

In the Asgat Sag Basin of Block XX in eastern Mongolia. The well is being drilled with the Daton Petroleum Engineering and Oilfield Service LLC rig, DXZ1
                             
Spudded on 4 August

Drilled to a total depth (TD) of 2,100 metres. The well is expected to take up to 35 days to complete

Therefore Total Depth reached on Sunday 8th September

Results from the drilling and logging of the well are expected to be completed by mid-September 2019.

In the event of a discovery at Red Deer-1 the Company will bring in a separate rig for testing. A call-off testing contract has been signed which ensures testing operations, if warranted, can commence soon after discovery.

They won’t collect any more shares by doing a tree shake again down at this level.

They better try and tempt us by raising the bid and ask considerably!
