Record sales for a lot of the mainstream builders. Personally I thought people may be a bit more cautious but seemingly the low interest rates, help to buy and the fact that people have managed to save money over the last few months really seem to be helping.

I must admit I've been pleasantly surprised with building sites in general since the phased return. Initially it was thought it would be a slow process however many sites are really buoyant with lots of sales activity. Looking forward to the next update here and many other house builders.

They'll have reduced sales, and they're paying for their staff out of their own cash rather than using gov. scheme.

Numbers wont look that impressive when the next lot are produced. Reality check coming here imo.
