Brexit could now be delayed, would have thought that would push housebuilders much higher?

Thank-you Sogoesit, linked OK without registering.
I like his music choice, but I wouldn't like to be driven by this guy, he is constantly looking in the rear view mirror. Even the outlook references are historic co quotes. It is the outlook now that is important. Not clear why article was written other than reminiscing Mr Dury.

Persimmon are very self sufficient and becoming even more so as highlighted above. One area that does need to be addressed is the self air testing of their new built homes. A massive conflict of interest in my opinion. We wouldn't be allowed to MOT are own cars after all. I am a holder

Lol, nice link. This statement demonstrates what a total tool the author is:

"Though Berkeley Group (LON:BKG), Persimmon (LON:PSN) and Taylor Wimpey (LON:TW) are all trading at attractive valuations I can’t recommend them to my subscribers due to the companies not being shareholder friendly. All 3 companies don’t have a dividend policy in place and they have either cut or eliminated the dividend within the last 10 years."

I'd call him a clueless moron, but that would be offensive to morons.

We were never going to have a no deal, that would have been unfathomable to even May, the fact that she is clueless is beside the point, but we will do exactly as Europe says, as it this ridiculous country that voted for that outcome!

The BoE have proved several times they know nothing of markets.
They only cite risks, like the litanies most company documentation is full of.

Plenty more to go here imv for the expected £2.35 payout starting end March/April.... foresight ;-)

A great day to be in housebuilders. A positive update from TW has helped, as I suspect did the commons vote yesterday which implies a no deal Brexit is less likely.

The ludicrous market reaction to the BoE suggesting a hefty fall in house prices in the event of a no deal, at least provided the opportunity to pick up bargains in the sector. I was fortunate enough to buy some at 1856p a week before Christmas, finding a bargain in the sector was like shooting fish in a barrel. In hindsight at least :-)
