Still trading extremely well. 25% of your money back guaranteed over the next 3 years. Probably finish the year with about 1400 million in the bank. Bought loads of them today. I like their price level of about 215k per dwelling. Best margins and return on capital in the sector.Think a lot has to go wrong in the economy not to be a good 5 / 7 year purchase

Maybe they can also update us on that shoddy work pictured above?

Perhaps the CEO can update us on which charities he is donating to and by how much?

After all, his bonus is pretty much tax payers' money because of HTB - and the effects of QE - and the public therefore I believe at least have a right to know.

Yes, the stated dividend will be 235p for each of the next two years, it's part of the repayment of the huge cash surplus they have. In the meantime they are still making great profits and lots of free cash flow.

But as with all housebuilders, when something spooks one it seems to spook them all, a poor results from one, Brexit, poor construction numbers, all present potential buying opportunities.

Along with other housebuilders, the reversal here is pretty spectacular. I love the smell of shorters burning in the morning... :-)

A good day, taken profits on my open trade, £21.78 turned out to be a good buy price. Also averaged up in my ISA at a similar level. A while for the next big divi but with a yield of over 10% it's worth the wait.

And there we have it. Lol.

And just for the record, the most shorted stock is Pets at Home at 14.3%. Persimmon isn't even on the top 250 list as the reported short position is under 0.5%.

Stupid and a liar.

Back under your rock. And filtered.

Davius (the simple one) just read your previous posts, oh dear, have you ever managed to get any of your silly little predictions right you sad little chap?? Doesnt look like it. All your analysis and golden cross bullxxxx, a fact you may like to know is that Persimmon is now THE most shorted stock on the ftse 100, analyse that. Looks like i called it bang on and have profited, now will just enjoy watching this sink to sub 10 quid deadbeat.

Back under your rock lad, you clearly have nothing of relevance to add. Better to stay quiet and let us think you stupid, than post further and prove it.
