However it looks as though like for like completions are slightly down year on year as the 2 new businesses "delivered" 650 units but total completions were up only 599 units. It's not clear though - there could have been some completions in the Perth and Launceston areas in earlier years. Anyway a trivial point in the context of very good numbers.
