IF so,
We should see maybe INsti building stake to believe in results

With in next 7-10 days others builders updates
Should see strong price rise possibly to highers

D-Bank has put a few BN outs
With 3 other builders having there price raised

Also as i posted Librum Analyst on bloomberg how Psn beat there expectation

Strong PSn selling point is low risk in london, alto Psn has some in south east
Again, from last RNS / Update, Its where Psn now focuses to purchase land to build

Yes excellent results. However it looks as though like for like completions are slightly down year on year as the 2 new businesses "delivered" 650 units but total completions were up only 599 units. It's not clear though - there could have been some completions in the Perth and Launceston areas in earlier years. Anyway a trivial point in the context of very good numbers. I'm happy.

Librum Analyst put 1 month ago a fair price of £19+, again a month ago before psn beat there house completion and exceeded £150+ mill cash

Alternate, prior to Psn results came out at, fair value was put £19.42

Deuste-Bank has put a BN of about £20.20+ price tag

Divi yeild possibly 6+ yeild ?

Psn is looking at 1st time buyers
Gouverment have said 14 villages need to be built
Psn is down from its highest of £22+ jun 2016 yet has increased in t/o profit house completions
Avg price is £206000 up 4%

TRADING UPDATE - 5 JANUARY 2017

Persimmon plc announces the following update ahead of its Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2016, which will be released on 27 February 2017.

Revenues for 2016 of £3.14bn were 8% higher than the prior year (2015: £2.90bn) with legal completion volumes increasing by 599 new homes to 15,171 (2015: 14,572). The Group's average selling price increased by 4% to c. £206,700 (2015: £199,127).

The Group's private sales rate for the second half of the year was 15% ahead of the prior year and second half legal completion volumes of 7,933 were 695 stronger than for the first half of the year (H1: 7,238).

mentioned number of villages and towns
agreed that it will help all house builders
i wonder how much of impact will it happen on PSN and the new Bricky being built in domcaster

Haven't caught up yet..no info other than your content and general policy for more buildings. Feel all builders will only build at slow sustainable rate..can't suddenly build extra to fill gap then scale back making tradesmen more work then redundant.
Hope not co-erced into low cost housing on land earmarked for premium buildings with like margins.
