I think that the market has got the Builders consistently wrong since Brexit........everything coming out of both the industry and the various Stats Offices is still positive. The sector could well have a good run between now and the New Year because there's a rumour going round that Santa is looking for a new house!

Yet again the Construction PMI has come out better then expected to forecast

bodes well for constructions builders
Shows strength in our sector / Ftse market

all similar results as growth

should see good return in this sector to any other sector

Divi of possibly £1.30 maybe next year


Only thing that has gone against us is the Dow / Asia markets
