NY PERSHING SQUARE: Pershing Square Holdings, Ltd. Launch of Senior Notes Offering

Pershing Square Holdings, Ltd. (LN:PSH) (LN:PSHD) (NA:PSH) ("PSH") announced today the launch of an offering of up to $500 million aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes (the "Notes") with a maturity not later than 2031.

The net proceeds from the offering of the Notes are expected to be used for general corporate purposes, including to make investments in Pershing Square Tontine Holdings, Ltd., and/or make other investments or hold assets in accordance with PSH's investment policy.

Further details regarding the offering of the Notes will be provided in due course as permitted by U.S. securities laws.
