06/10/2022 09:32 | Sour grapes 1959, What does it matter when the IRR is well over 60% and the payback period is under two years ? I would happily pay 10% to get the Finance knowing that it will improve the share price by at least 500%. | chinasyndrome
05/10/2022 17:19 | I hope that you are correct! The bond market may be open, but the cost of raising capital in it for what will be a HY issue has risen materially over the last 12m. As an example yield on US HY has gone from just over 4% at the start of the year to around 9% presently. There is no cheap money in the current world. | mwj1959
05/10/2022 16:36 | PA has already stated public ally there is no equity raise. The Bond market is open and that's $175m - the remaining is with the current large investors and 'some of the largest companies in the world'...October will be a good month for Pensana and shareholders! Sells are being soaked by investors that understand where this going GL | mrmark1
05/10/2022 15:09 | They're going to need a lot more than two "massive" anchor investors to raise the near $500m that is needed to get this show on the road. PA will deserve all the praise if he is able to pull it off, alongside the $300m to get TVL Train 1 up and running. I hope that is the case given that I'm a shareholder in both, but we need to be realistic about the challenges of delivering on this in the current environment. | mwj1959
05/10/2022 12:51 | Order cleared eventually at prices up to 62p but in lots of small pieces as far as I can tell from looking at the trades... Atherley post on LinkedIn re long term contract and relationship to funding may be a comfort for retail. Looks like the instos are out of the market waiting to get stock allocations in the equity portion of the offering... | energyhobbs
05/10/2022 10:59 | Can't seem to buy any at 62p. I think MMs speak with forked tongues. | energyhobbs
05/10/2022 09:52 | Just one MM left on the bid at 62p so not much more buying and we'll be hitting the mid 60's 62 7,500 WINS 07:54 62.5 7,500 PEEL 07:52 63 7,500 MREX 07:52 63.8 7,500 STFL 07:53 64.1 7,500 LIBC 09:19 64.1 7,500 SING 09:19 64.1 7,500 SCAP 09:19 64.1 7,500 JBER 09:19 | sirmark
04/10/2022 19:23 | They have 2 massive anchor investors, this isn’t going to be the usual AIM tin shake for a few mill on some retail platform. | dmitribollokov
04/10/2022 16:35 | and to re-emphasise this one just chucked in at the closing auction MO 1share 16:31 | sirmark
04/10/2022 15:40 | 15:40:00 60.10 1 trade 0.60 maybe news tomorrow. | sirmark
04/10/2022 14:25 | Kwasi and his party cannot let this one fail - virtually every day an emphasis on dangers vis-a-vis Chinese machinations and establishing chemical processing expertise up north - helping with the levelling up | mikethebike4
04/10/2022 14:01 | I went to the general meeting and they told us there will not be a retail equity raise. The Bond will be completed in October and the large shareholders and 'strategic partners' looking for feed and royalties will support at the time the Bond is approved. Yesterdays RNS speaks volumes why they didn't name names! Steve also said 82% of the register doesn't change hands and when the Bond and other news crystallizes in October the share price will reflect the lack of stock. | mrmark1
04/10/2022 13:02 | I presume you're asking that because that is the price the Angolan SWF bought $10m worth at in August? I suspect it is likely that the next raise will be below that level, but the scale of any raise will be key in setting the price. 1 for 2 would raise £70m at current price, | mwj1959
04/10/2022 12:03 | Will any capital raised via the equity market be above 66.7p? | oapknob1
04/10/2022 09:09 | It's not about the technicals...near term it's all about the capital raising and how much will be raised via the equity market rather than the debt / bond markets. Longer-term its about the company's ability to generate profits / positive cashflow. | mwj1959
04/10/2022 09:02 | Needs to break 73p and we're off and running and a breakout to a pound retest. Looking good ... the next few weeks should be interesting as we get ever closer to the 73p. | sirmark
03/10/2022 13:20 | IMHO, and barring global capital markets Armageddon, this is moving slowly towards funding. The overall program still seems to be moving ahead to the broad schedule outlined and will pick up momentum in the coming weeks. I see this one being a long term winner but have held back some firepower to put into the fundraise (even if in secondary market to protect against dilution). | energyhobbs
03/10/2022 10:02 | Off-take agreement - kerching, another piece of the funding puzzle put into place... | dmitribollokov
03/10/2022 09:39 | Is it a vehicle manufacturer or vehicle Battery manufacturer ? | oapknob1
03/10/2022 09:26 | Undoubtedly helps funding discussions, so that's a positive. | mwj1959
03/10/2022 07:36 | Who is the strategic partner? Why have they not named them? | petralva
03/10/2022 07:04 | Great news seems everything is falling into place just the funding whole but I'm sure these forms of deals will bolster the backbone of the funding criteria.Should be a very good day! | sirmark
01/10/2022 04:48 | My apologies Pigsy, it was a typo, the rest was just a Tree shake. "Journey to the West". | chinasyndrome |
