Investment Exit and Declaration of Interim Dividend
In January 2020 Pembroke VCT plc (the "Company") invested GBP2m in Pasta Evangelists. Pasta Evangelists has been sold to the Barilla Group and Pembroke VCT plc has received GBP4.5m for the sale of its entire equity holding.
The Board of Pembroke VCT plc has resolved to pay an interim dividend of 4.0 pence per B-Ordinary share on 2 March 2021. The record date for the interim dividend is 29 January 2021, the ex-dividend date is 28 January 2021 and the last date for receipt of elections in respect of the interim dividend under the Company's dividend investment scheme is 15 February 2021.
