Result of PrimaryBid Offer

Pelatro ( LON: PTRO ), the AIM quoted telecom Customer Engagement software specialist, announced on 14 June 2021 the launch of a fundraising comprising a placing (the "Placing") in conjunction with an offer via PrimaryBid (the "Offer") (together the "Fundraising").

The Company is pleased to announce that the PrimaryBid Offer has successfully completed and closed at 8.00 a.m. on 15 June 2021.

Following the successful closing of the Offer, the Company has raised gross proceeds of GBP1.2 million at 40 pence per ordinary share via the PrimaryBid Offer.

The Company will therefore issue and allot a total of 3,000,000 New Ordinary Shares to satisfy the PrimaryBid Offer.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for these New Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market ("Admission ") . Dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 5 July 2021 .

Defined terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning as in the Company announcement of 14 June 2021 , unless otherwise specified.
