Appointment of Additional Advisory Committee Members

PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), the global cloud provider of secure payment solutions for business communications, is pleased to announce the appointment of two additional members to its PCI Pal Advisory Committee ("PAC"), effective 1 September 2021.

The objective of the PAC and role of each member is to provide additional breadth of market, product and customer perspectives to the CEO and the wider Board of Directors as the Company seeks to capitalise on the opportunities before it. The PAC is not a Board committee and members will not have any Board authority or responsibility.

Ms.Emilia D'Anzica is a highly respected customer success expert and joins the PAC with more than twenty years of customer success experience. Emilia is Managing Director and Founder of Growth Molecules, a San Francisco-based management consulting firm, focused exclusively on Customer Success. Previously, Emilia has held senior positions, and has been an early-stage employee, at several successful high-growth SaaS companies including WalkMe, the Forbes Cloud 100 unicorn, where she was VP of Customer Engagement.

Mr Jayesh ("Jay") Patel joins PCI Pal as an advisor with existing knowledge of the business having previously been Chief Product Officer at Vonage Inc, a PCI Pal integrated reseller partner, and a leading global cloud provider of business communications solutions covering UCaaS(1) , CCaaS(2) , and CPaaS(3) products. Across his career, Jay has built up extensive experience leading teams at highly successful international technology companies, such as Motorola and Google, in the development and implementation of product and operational strategies for emerging technologies and market trends. Jay is based in Chicago.
