Corporate Update

Delisting from AIM

Under AIM Rule 1 the Company's shares will cease to be traded on AIM as the Company has failed to appoint a replacement NOMAD. The Company's shares will continue to be traded on the NEX Exchange and trading will recommence on Monday 1(st) July.

Appointment of NEX Exchange Corporate Adviser

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of First Sentinel Corporate Finance Limited as NEX Corporate Adviser with immediate effect.
