Richard Poulden played the role of what all Chairmen do which is to rubber stamp what the CEO and board of directors put before him. He is not hiding this. When bad publicity began to affect the company (Filthy Forty etc) he took a more hands on approach and found the allegations were not wholly without merit.

Directors had their own consultancy businesses that were competing directly with the company and not only that the said consultancy businesses had share stakes in the company as well. Can you think of anything more cancerous.

As he stated there were legal consequences because of this situation that they had to settle with funds raised through the issuance of equity.

Having laid all this before the AIM regulators they have been given a final chance. Many of the Filthy Forty were not.

So Richard Poulden was on board and admits the company was previously a scam but he is now going to behave himself having been given a second chance. Can I have my money back then, perhaps I'll contact my lawyer.

BarnetPeter, I like your outlook... and yes, as long as you buy circa 0.1p, and sell 20% higher or more, then I commend you.I might even do that myself if the fancy takes me, but we must never treat this as an investment.

Thank You for your advice. You seem to be irritated, with my view. I will leave it at that.
Have a good weekend.

Read what other people post and don't just pick out the points you want. I said in 'MOST CASES'. Echo is an exception to the rule and an extremely rare exception as well. Go to the Shareholder Information page on any dog AIM company and the directors names are on it.

Yes you have been hurt and lost money but your negative stance is as much to do with needing reassurance from others. If you think the company is going to the dogs and RP is a fraud then there is nothing to stop you from selling the lot Tuesday morning. You may take a big hit but it would save you from an even bigger hit if you are right about RP.

What are you hanging around for.

This was not the case in ECHO. Please dont defend RP AT ALL COST. It shows bias.

Directors buying shares in their own companies is not a sign of confidence. In most cases it is a scam. They buy shares to show investors they put their money where their mouths are. They then take the money back tenfold in salaries, warrants, options and bonuses.

Directors buys are meaningless in AIM companies.

ECHO, I did have great loads of them thought sold after the rise.PCGE board is not managed as ECHO. they took salaries in shares and at a much higher price. Not like our Chairman who keeps selling shares and shows no confidence in the future of the company. Why did he not buy shares here before. This is just an excuse. I will believe him when he delivers.

Oh I agree this is rubbish. Never said it was a serious company. I admit I believed in some of the early stories about football. The previous ceo has a lot to answer for.

There again making money is the idea ....and pcge bounces around all over the place. A trading dream.

I think the placing is very good news myself. PCGE clearly is not going bust with all this cash and RP is clearly looking around for a reverse. Look at ORE shell yesterday.....a previous gold company buying into a fashion site. Having bought into ASOS at 4p and started a thread on here about it, looks fun.

Lots of rubbish stocks turn into big winners IF they can raise the cash and get the backing. A big IF of course. Just look at Echo.....was a pos under its previous life and now look. My holding in that is a thing of wonder in terms of percentage gains. SRO has trebled on ...nothing really.

RP has to be backed to deliver here. He can clearly raise cash after his SXX jackpot .... the downside is limited I reckon esp after Fridays fall. Buying more if we see more weakness on this placing. Reckon I will do well....as I have in the last 40 deals.

kammi1 - "For share holders increase in the value of the share price is the gauge we judge it by."

That's correct but there can be no sustained rise in the share price unless it is underpinned by positive corporate action. Any rises that are not underpinned by corporate action are either sold into by short term profit takers like myself and perhaps you, new shares are placed as per yesterday or the AIM regulators force the directors to issue a "know of no reason" statement.

The share price will not rise and hold just by wishful thinking and BB posters talking it up.

Thank you, hope you are right.I hope you are better judge of the chairman then me. I have invested a lot here. All I have seen is 3 placings and each time the share price is destroyed. I do judge the share holder value by share price. How else do I get any value here. Do we get performance related pay or pension benefit? For share holders increase in the value of the share price is the gauge we judge it by. I am not interested in how many cars or offices the company has. I am not altruistic to see that the chairman is leading a good life style. The only thing that I and many like me see is the increase in value of my investment. Sorry while I respect your view I dont agree with it. I dont think our Chairman is a good leader. I wait to be proved wrong.

PWhite, the chairman is destroying shareholder value. look at what he has done so far bad investments ,3 share placings last one when there was no need. He is no leader.I have been stung twice here.He talks of shareholder value whereas all he has done is destroy shareholder value. News is all ways into the future. What is this rubbish about twitter. If he needs to communicate with share holders he could have explained in the RNS. You shouldn't be so gullible and just defend him. He is no Leader.I am stating my views based on what has happened so far, not because I have any issue or dislike any personality. It stinks.

letmepass - "No business no trades.. Chinese location.. As shareprofits often say scam"

That is exactly what it was and RP admitted it in the Investors Presentation. Not only that he revealed that director(s) had set up two self-owned competing businesses against PCGE. Not only were they scamming shareholders they were scamming their own business. This is a serious litigating matter not only with PCGE but with its clients. RP has now settled all these matters.

Festario - "No holding RNS's, ever"

There have been no holding RNS's so far because all placings have been with bucket shops. TR1s are not issued for them. Furthermore because of the internal scams it would be impossible to say who is or was holding what. If ex directors were flipping discounted stock to their privately owned companies then such holdings would be deemed as inter-party related transactions.

There is a crime more serious then not issuing a holding RNS and that is knowingly issuing a false or misleading holding RNS. This is what sank Rob Terry of Quindell. He claimed to be holding stock when he wasn't.

Conclusion

RP has cleaned the company out and the AIM regulators have given PCGE a second chance where it didn't for other AIM China frauds. Results are due out by 30/06/2017. I would expect to hear news before then.

Oh... BarnetPeter, this isn't like you.Be honest man, this isn't a company as such, it is, as you say, a trading scam where from 0.1p, it often bounces for no good reason by 40%.That's not a business, that's a roulette wheel.I can't knock you for taking advantage of it, but let's not pretend it's anything other than a facade.Vermin like Toolsmoker and Smart Solution pretend it is, (or they did), news is always imminent.... but the news is always terminal dilution of shareholder value.I note that this sham of a company continually flout stock market rules too.No holding RNS's, ever..... and very choosy when they issue a 'know no reason ' rns. Utter disgrace.

Done 40 deals on pcge myself and never lost once. Buy these at about the .1 and dont be too greedy. 30 or 40 per cent is not to be sniffed at. Got a decent holding here at zero cost now.

He's been directly communicating with myself. My impression is he isn't bothered about the 'small movements' in the market such as today, as he knows what is around the corner - that being said it makes it tough to hold our nerves as investors, as we're blind to what the future holds.

I've had to store one of his tweets in an image location, as his account is private and doesn't let you share. hxxps://ibb.co/jnSYFv

If you need anything else, just give me a shout on here or on twitter. Cheers, J

PCGE is not an AIM cash shell therefore not subject to AIM cash shell rules. It is a trading business in the sports and gaming industry. As per the EGM Circular 20/02/2017 and the investor road show it intends to pursue sports and gaming deals.

The CEO said he would take any opportunity to raise cash and has stuck to his word. But he qualified this by stating an operating and performing business dwarfs dilution. I believe it will be the case here and soon. I am a short term trader and have no intention of hanging around for weeks and months.

Let us see what next week brings.
