interesting comment on Sharephrophets today about WSBN ...apparently Poulden was not well in the summer ....sounded serious .....that might account for the lack of activity in the last six months.

Last year's AGM was held on 03/10/2017. The AGM is when the company announces the authority given to issue new shares for the year ahead. As they cannot issue any new shares at the moment they will not hold an AGM.There are only two ways around this. Put forward a resolution to consolidate and issue new shares or get the price up to 0.10p.
