When I see a thread espousing Chinese online gaming and lotteries I laugh quietly but sardonically thinking about the poor 'investors' who will be putting their money into the maelstrom that is anything 'Chinese investment'.

3 month extension, based on accounts date changing. So I don't think it can be suspended. If nothing, then we'd be looking at suspension in September.

Anyone else confirm this?

6 months is what I originally thought and posted. But I do not believe moving the year end by another 3 months gives you another 3 months. Do hope I'm wrong.

Yes the shares will be suspended on Monday it seems. Which is not uncommon on Aim of course. It probably wont be a bad thing either....unless you were the person who spent 25K on stock earlier this week that is.

If the company is suspended it can sort out the accounts, the claim from the former CEO and the future business direction. It is all a bit of a mess at the moment ...despite the fact that I have enjoyed trading this stock for 15 and 20 per cent pops.

Suspension wont be a problem here....lots of new cash raised and very low expenses. BZM for instance soared 5 fold when it returned having raised new cash and it does not stop deals being done of course. It may be suspended for a while....6 months? Relaxed about it myself.

The stock exchange can grant special dispensations. Unless that is the case you really have to come up with something better than that. Why do you think the shares will not be suspended?

Contrary to my earlier statement it does appear as if the shares will be suspended after close of play on 30/06/2017 or 07:00 Monday 03/07/2017.

Clearly what is required between now and then is a statement from Richard Poulden to reassure private investors that despite the overdue results and suspension the company is still on track to return shareholder value. No specifics have to be given. If he's not even prepared to do that then it is reasonable to fear the worse.

The investment is not in the stock but in RP. PCGE is a typical AIM stock that falls and falls due to raking up losses, bad news and too frequent discount dilutions.

The live issue here is whether the Chairman RP is capable of turning this around and to replicate what he has done elsewhere.

For the moment at least I have given him the benefit of the doubt.

If the stock was to be suspended on 30/06/2017 it should have been announced in this morning's RNS.

Had the year end still been 31/12/2016 the stock would have definitely been suspended if the results were not out by close of play on 30/06/2017. You have six months to publish year end results. However as the year end has moved to 31//03/2017 the six months is now 30/09/2017. So based on this I would say no. But it doesn't matter anyway. If suspended it would only be for a few weeks. Don't let the MM spook you out. The initial 21% drop has now turned into a 10% drop

Suspended pending clarification of its financial position is what can and does happen when a company runs out of money. To the best of my knowledge its not the case here.

The announcement will have little if any effect on the share price. Still plenty of MM shorts to close.
