My point bieng that nothing goes up in a straight line. 97% are lifestyle companies agree with you on that. Bottom line like any business private or PLC , the person running it is key. That's why I'm invested here. !RP I'm invested in.

No they don't all spike and fall. 97% of them fall. AIM will not have competition from NEX. If anything like PLUS that exchange is likely to close.

The key determinant of a successful AIM stock are the directors. 95% see the listing as a wage, an executive lifestyle and a pension fund. It is extremely rare that any of them actually have any intention of returning PI shareholder value. At the end of the day PI money is all free money why give it back?.

For now at least I believe RP to be that rare exception.

Speak later.

I don't detest the fact that AIM shares fall, they all spike and fall. I'm on AIM 26 years. I know how it works. Anyhow it's soon to have competition with NEX.

They clearly don't scare you so don't assume they scare anybody else.

What you detest is that no matter what AIM shares you buy on average they all seem to fall. Other BB posters who scream sell are an easy target to blame. The real culprits as I have described are invisible.

They create fear in the market. They are catching fish in the net.Investors quickly forget the reason the bought in the first place or just bought cause they thought it would go up without research.

Interesting events at Fusionex yesterday up 55% when the shares are due to delist next week. According Shareprophets the market maker Peel Hunt had a short position on the stock that needing closing urgently.

I suspect this is what's happening here. The stock is constantly being shorted down. Now 0.8p on the bid. Everybody holding is nursing losses. Every buy or sequence of buys are matched with a sell or sequence of sells. All stop losses and those who can't afford to cough up on their T trades are being forced out at a loss.

If RP is true to his word this should turn soon.

Just for you.

Directors as employees

"Being a director does not, of itself, make that person an employee of the company. A directorship is an office, not necessarily an employment. If, however, the company enters into a service contract with the director, the terms of which make the director an employee under the usual common law test, then the director becomes an employee. Many company directors are in this position. In these circumstances, relevant aspects of employment law (including statutory protection as to unfair dismissal and redundancy) apply in addition to the law relating to directors."

Nick Bryant entered into a service contract with PCGE via his consultancy Electric Warrior Limited.

This company is as good as bankrupt imho, I'd call in the administrators on Monday and put everyone out of their misery.

apfindley - "It is Infact loss/termination of a business contract between pcge and the exdirectors company".

No it is not. The RNS clearly states they have received an Employment Tribunal claim. Loss of business through breach of contract is not heard at an Employment Tribunal.

Sorrento06 - "PWhite I was wrong, he was not an employee".

Yes he was. He was a director of the company whether it be through his PSC or directly is immaterial.

The cost of lodging the dispute may be a small amount, and the figures mentioned on here that he could win are also very small, Infact the figure you quote is hardly worth him bothering with, his reputation would do better just walking away...... Which means there is a lot more at stake here financially than just a few tens of K's of damages for loss of employment. It is Infact loss/termination of a business contract between pcge and the exdirectors company...... It could run into a LOT OF MONEY, and cost a MASSIVE amount in legal fees. I think it's going to be very COSTLY not just in money but also in damaged reputations for both sides. It's worth avoiding until more clarity emerges.... Imagine an event unfolds where pcge has to be suspended until its sorted....i dont think it will, but it is a possibility .
