06/6/2017 09:58 | STRONG and UPWARDLY MOBILE (not stable) - lol PCF.... COME ON SON! | netcurtains
06/6/2017 09:02 | On course and steady as she goes. | geraldus
06/6/2017 08:50 | Graham Yes there is much to like in today's statement. They have made superb progress whilst maintaining underlying business performance. The achievements of the last year will transform the growth potential of the company. This will be a multibagger over the coming years. | the big fella
06/6/2017 08:28 | They reiterate they don offer PCPs or sub prime, so all the scares of a month ago about misselling are irrelevant for PCF. This should climb slowly back to 30p Another great set of underlying results | graham1ty
06/6/2017 08:21 | Solid results again and still on schedule for banking deposits in the next few months. | dendria
05/6/2017 12:45 | I'm in. I like the look of the balance sheet, likely profit, expansion plans and the reduction in interest costs from taking retail deposits. | cc2014
26/5/2017 17:42 | Interims 6 June 2017. | dendria
26/5/2017 15:12 | what date do we expect next news/results? | netcurtains
18/5/2017 20:05 | Stockdale note available to view on PCF site.Target price of 42p - nice. | geraldus
17/5/2017 15:41 | thanks! Sounds great! | netcurtains
17/5/2017 15:39 | PCF should be almost unaffected. They have no subprime, no PCP exposure and the quality of their book ( and the nature of the lending) should mean no accusations of misselling. It is in their interests for standards across the industry to be tightened, mainly because they are high quality already. If a few rivals go out of business, so be it. This should be a really exciting time for PCF as the banking licence falls into place and their cost of borrowing falls as deposits come in. They have been tarred with the same brush as all the others, yet just a few weeks ago raised £10m at 25p, then a non Exec bought 140,000 at 26.75p. Patience, this will bounce back. They are in close period now, so cannot comment, but I am sure the interims in a couple of weeks will pretty strongly distance themselves from the PCP/misselling industry | graham1ty
17/5/2017 13:42 | net, it may be good in that a rival may go out of business. PCF have always ran a tight ship on the core lending business, however, problems in the sector would affect car resale values. Just an article to inform, maybe a tightening up of lending would play into PCF's hands? | che7win
17/5/2017 13:22 | che7win: I'm a bit of a numbskull. Is the above good or bad or neutral for PCF? Cheers Net! | netcurtains
17/5/2017 11:33 | touchwood! | netcurtains
10/5/2017 14:09 | looks like "onwards and upwards" | netcurtains
09/5/2017 18:01 | Yes Graham, a certain type of lease finance looks to be the problem being missold in the domestic market.PCF have always portrayed themselves as being highly professonal with their lending criteria but there maybe a general clampdown on industry wide practices which should hopelfully benefit the high end players such as PCF.Looks like people are playing safe in the meantime and exiting, still a month to results and I have also topped up recently as have the directors. GLA. | geraldus
09/5/2017 13:56 | Worries about car financing ? Is the only thing I can think of, though PCF is far higher quality than that. And their total exposure to cars is tiny ( compared to commercial vehicles and business finance). The Placing was fully subscribed and the Open Offer oversubscribed. A non Exec bought recently at 26.75p at the end of April. Nothing happening that I am aware of | graham1ty
09/5/2017 13:36 | why is it dive bombing?? This looks absurdly cheap - unless someone knows something | netcurtains
09/5/2017 12:10 | An unusual drop in share price I've been accumulating around 25p where I thought there would be support - but this looks premature. | dendria
08/5/2017 18:40 | Looks interesting... What is its annual average profit? | netcurtains
08/5/2017 18:28 | This is beginning to look like quite a nasty slide. The Placing price of 25p has offered no support at all. It has now fallen a third from the high of 35p. | graham1ty
30/3/2017 10:31 | well below 5p | solarno lopez
30/3/2017 10:30 | anyone know what the share price was in october 2004 please ? m | maurillac |
