29/3/2017 14:21 | looks like we have begun the daily fall back toward 430s and possibly below. gla | stockbob
29/3/2017 09:14 | Malcomm, do you have link to Deutsche upgrade target price. | alexytrader
29/3/2017 08:59 | Perhaps SCSW will give an update this weekend .but with Paysafe rapidly paying down its debts, CEO Joel Leonoff has strengthened his resolve for a “bold acquisition” before too long. Prospective PE is only 10 versus 21 for Worldpay. Strong hold/buy for a gamechanger deal before long I think. Deutsche has raised its target to 600p. | malcolmmm
28/3/2017 18:45 | @sb - "evidence" - only occurs when a deal has been done - and then it is immediatly priced in and too late - now if you are looking for insight - listen to the full yr presentation - JL "we are pretty far down the runway" - CEO's don't create those expectations to their investors unless deal is close - otherwise their remuneration might not get approved ( as EH9 noted). also consider - JL signed a non- revocable Memorandum of Understanding to repay loan and take possession of his shares - if no deal was immenient why would he feel the need to sign such an agreement when in reality the deal matures naturally in April anyway - neither JL nor CFO ( Brian ) sold any of their share award to settle their tax - I am guessing that they think better to hold onto them for now because they will be worth a whole lot more in a short preriod of time. but hey what do I know - just saying GLA | wolfhound1
28/3/2017 18:06 | If the knowledgeble lot on this board put out the evidence of aquisition it would be insider info.....and unlike the short attack news, the small fish here will be prosecuted.Hence all with this inside info on this board have to hold back from giving you the evidence stockbob ;) | scothernman
28/3/2017 17:34 | n Hi all nearly everyday there a mention of a M&A ...(which i would love to happen) but can we at least try back up these rumours with a least a bit of evidence ..just saying GLA | stockbob
28/3/2017 17:16 | But the rewards would be for what they have achieved so far,no? Skrill integration included | nurdin
28/3/2017 17:14 | Because I can't see the CEO wanting to publish the pay increase in the annual report and attend the agm to hear the noise about the bonuses without having announced something transformational given that they hired Brunswick and Deutsch bank and started taking about the next transformational deal last interim results when they said the skrill integration was complete | eh9
28/3/2017 17:00 | Why do you think that any M&A will be announced imminently? | reynoldsg
28/3/2017 16:03 | I wonder are they waiting for Brexit to be triggered and then die down before making any announcements - wouldn't want any announcements being overshadowed. | wolfhound1
28/3/2017 15:21 | Bitquiet on here today. Only matter of time before MA confirmed or they use money in other ways, divi or share buybacks. | alexytrader
28/3/2017 09:17 | That's it sorry! Mid double digit vs 33%! | eh9
28/3/2017 09:15 | Mid single digit? I thought they have said low double digit. | nurdin
28/3/2017 09:03 | Ladbrokes digital revenues up 33% y on y - very hard to see how paysafe will manage to hold growth as low as "mid single digits" in 2017! | eh9
28/3/2017 08:48 | Upwards into the 470s! | ch1rp
27/3/2017 23:53 | It's holding well because it's undervalued and growing rapidly. Sometimes shares change their spots when the big boys get a sniff of a success. That's happening although many think it's just the same old volatile beast .. but it isn't. Going through 5 quid and soon. Next positive day in the markets even.. and that more likely than not. | kuss1
27/3/2017 15:43 | Wednesday brexit trigger is a given and factored into current sterling price. May move up to catch shorts out. Good to see 450k buy of PAYS after 3pm today. Holding well on market down days now | scothernman
27/3/2017 10:15 | If the £ drops on Wednesday this should go up. | pshevlin
26/3/2017 23:51 | Evo Payments is much smaller than PAYS. When the PE group invested in 2013 it was rumoured than Evo has EBITDA at 35mil USD. The PE deal valued Evo at 750mill US. Now with a declining US business a growing European business the EBITDA should be about 60mil (best guess). PAYS EBITDA is 300mil. Well I think at 2 bill valuation they are looking for a sucker, GM found a French one for their socialist money pit. So step forward the well mentioned French one on here then. | ralphmalph
25/3/2017 20:53 | Still surprisingly high. They could be really squeezed soon | trentendboy
25/3/2017 18:18 | Short positions at 4.12% At the moment. ATB. | matrix25 |
