Patisserie Holdings PLC, the leading UK branded café and casual dining group, reports that during the month 5,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 pence each were issued from its blocklisting facility at a price of GBP1.70 pence per share.

The Company's issued share capital now consists of 101,971,866 Ordinary shares. There are no shares held in Treasury so the total number of shares with voting rights in Patisserie Holdings plc is 101,971,866.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Patisserie Holdings plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
