Again another great set of results. Good to see how they have effectively managed to handle the increased NLW and ingredient costs too. A well managed company increasing profits, with continued excellent growth prospects funded from cash, and a growing divi. What's not to like.Should be a good day for CAKE. Buying CAKE could be good for you...This share should test new highs in next 12 months I hope

The excellent results for the year show the continuing appeal of our brands, the financial strength of the group and the strong cash generative nature of our business model. We have achieved growth in revenues and profits despite uncertain economic conditions and for the first time we have exceeded revenues of £100m: a significant achievement. Our roll-out programme continues to deliver successful store openings and I am particularly pleased with the performance of our first store in Northern Ireland. Our strategy remains that of organic growth; however we are well positioned to make acquisitions should any suitable opportunities arise. Performance for the first eight weeks of the year has been encouraging and we have already opened six new stores. We have a strong pipeline for the year ahead with a number of promising locations already secured. We will continue to control costs and manage our supply chain in this period of macro-economic uncertainty, thus I am confident of another successful year of growth

Online sales up 23% to 3.8 million with 361,000 members, that's a phenomenal performance. Nearly 4 million in online sales from a cake shop! Like the idea of a loyalty card being introduced in 2017 too - will keep growth and loyalty going even more imo

13.6 eps and good outlook - happy with that. I make PE 17 for current FY year (EPS of 15 expected).

The shares have been hyped and were over valued. It's hardly surprising they've been on a downward trend since the spike. No conspiracy theories required. Still not cheap with a PE of 22.

share price, often and consistently falls on larger buying volumes than sells.
Are we supposed to believe that Brexit worries are effecting peoples purchasing behaviour, all the way down to deffering the purchase of a coffee and a slice of Cake? Pull the other one !!
