There continuing investment strategy! They have never invested in anything over the past four years. This fundraise means they can pay the directors salaries for the next four years and clear their debts. Probably spend there time in Dubai or some other fashionable destination. Shareholders come absolutely last in their eyes. This fund raise should never be allowed.

purple11 I question your motives. You claim that you have been in Path for along time. You falsely claimed they had no debt and you pumped them as hard as you possibly could. I believe you are in some way connected to this can of worms. To those of you who still support this incapable management just remember that over the last four years they failed to get one deal over the line.

People paying 0.65p need to quit shares right now.

No wonder vendors are racing around from stock to stock offering money for heavily discounted placings when they can offload them for such huge profit margins.

Was for the existing board to dilute existing shareholders so shareholders who have been conned and bummed couldnt then call an EGM to vote off the board. the fact this raise wasnt offered to existing shareholders tells us all we need to know.

I have sold after 4years of Path never managing to find a deal.

Each to their own, but it took SOP the same 4yrs which ended at abt 5p - now it's KBN.
All would be more than "over the moon" with half the rise which has taken place.

I'm glad I held through every one of those years .... bring on another suchlike.
