I'm in. I think the MC at 1.6m is tiny. The work that has gone into getting the stock back on the market and the management team set up makes me believe we will do some deals in the short term... I see 4p as an easy target short term but like one poster said, 10p medium term (team, industry focus, 30 NDAs etc etc)

added a few more pvr @18.25. I don't expect the odd penny to matter if all this come off?

Well I bought a million in the placing for £10k but it was the only way to possibly recover some of the major losses I have on Niche at least its tradeable now whereas it was toilet paper before, do I think its a good invest? who knows but I would say we still have some of the remnants from the Niche people who lost me a fortune, I live in hope. :)

Curry hope you have plenty ZEN AST TRIN & PVR having a great run and if PVR have the RNs that is rumoured in the next week or two it will have a great run then and sod the losses on Niche/PATH>

This isnt going to move until next week the settlement for the ipo stock has been extended snd this is off the radar expect to see movement and volume from next week in the meantime if you have sub 1.10 stock you are sitting pretty imo

Very disappointing. All indications were (even with the consolidation etc) that the 1p value would be 1p with respect to previous listing. this is just a complete annihilation of the original shareholders? what am i missing here?

Taken some here early doors before the herd arrive 30 NDA's in place and think a deal will come quick easy 5-10p target here imo if they deliver

basically - Curry do you know what the market cap is? is it:
1p x 140,000,000
OR
1p x 162,014,596
OR
.1p x either of the above

I think dilution is different to how much we have lost


lost.. equivalent of 200p, now 1p, down 99.5%

dilution, new shares 140m, total 162m 140/162 = 86%

it says it here in black and white in the prospectus:

"Shareholdings immediately prior to Admission will be diluted by 86.4 per cent. as a result of the new Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the Placing."

HOWEVER. the reality is, when you look at the numbers, we have been diluted by 99.5%... anyone care to explain

cheers Curry. you're a brave man going in the placing. in fairness I know the current board are not all fully responsible for the past f@ck-ups but you are correct when you say we have lost 99.5% of our value. i am pretty sure chris theis would have lost his shirt here too as he presumably had share in niche. i wonder how much new shares the board have??

I think your right there t_c, if shareprice before suspension was 5p ish, then 40:1 consolidation, that means about 200p.

basically we have lost 99.5% on old NGP... big oil in deed!!!

there's a line in the prospectus which says "provided that such an event would not be unduly dilutive to its existing shareholders." - this is bizarre - existing shareholders have been wiped out! unless the board think that news could make this go from 1p to 100p ???
