archie,

I shorted Thomas Cook.
I make no apologies for making money , it the main reason that we are all here.

For years and years we have waited for Tom cross to start to seriously develop the PMG assets and to build an O&G Co.

I just wonder now what is actually going on.

Sold out and busily trying to talk the share price down. Our mally is beginning to sound like a hypocrite.

mallorca, I think Linda is currently director and major shareholder in 12 limited companies.

They seem to be largely funded by loans from herself, Bank of Scotland and private lenders. If my sums are correct, she was lending a total of around £15m to her companies (now reduced by £4.3m on sale of Pitreadie), and other loans (mostly Bank of Scotland, for which they have charges) totalling around £18m (now be reduced by £3.6m on sale of Pitreadie).

£2.9m seems relatively small beer, but perhaps she didn't have the liquidity at the time.

Have you seen how many Companies that Linda Cross is a Director of ?

Around 10.

Her businesses seem to be being funded when required with PMG cash / shares.

EMAL will never be in a position to payback that £2.9 m loan as they do not produce anything.

The PMG cash is dwindling and they now have Debt.

Why could he not have focussed on developing the Dutch onshore gas fields with further drilling - as he has been indicating that they were about to do for the past 3 years.

If, instead of taking over his wife's loss making Pitreadie Farm business using PMG cash and shares, he had instead used cash at bank to drill further wells on shore Netherlands, then the share price could well be in the 70p to 80p range now.

So the job is done and we now own farm estate with development potential for a wind/solar/ energy storage and forestry/biomass potential.Plus a working gas operation which is cash generating and 2/3 oil and gas exploration and development projects.Seems a reasonable spread for an AIM bet.The Next couple of reporting events will tell us whether TC can and will pull it off.He has a significant cash and option stake to safeguard and I am willing to leave my investment in place for 12/24 months.

INL Year end on Monday.
2019 Trading Statement due next week.

I'm expecting INL to triple it's market cap in the next 2 to 3 years.

The bottom line is the Cross' have done very well out of this deal. They now have more cash in their bank accounts, and now also have a larger share of PMG, all for free [at PMG shareholders expense]

The share price is now below Tom's 'options' price …. and still no Director buying.

No idea what is really going on here - but it doesn't feel good.

Inland Homes INL has done very well for me.
Makes up for the shambles here.

What is going on here:

TC (and Linda) have taken cash out of their pockets and traded it for more PMG shares at 50p - whatever spin some of the new posters here want to put on it, that is the end result.

They have started to deliver on what they have been flagging up for a couple of years now - opportunities in land, property and renewable energy. So no surprise there.

Prior to this transaction, TC has invested approx. £13.3m in PMG, at an average price of 70p/share.

TC also holds some 9m options with exercise prices of 35p and 41p.

The other PMG directors also hold stakes (and options) e.g. Ryan Stroulger, the finance director, has invested some £250K at an average price of £1.56/share, and has approx. 420K options.

The board, and especially Tom Cross, is absolutely aligned with the interests of shareholders.

Nothing has changed with the other assets, other than we continue to move closer to the announcement(s).

A great buying opportunity now IMHO - I have added some more.

A basic completion statement. Adding no clarity to purchase of farm (and new build) from Linda Cross.

This year holders might actually read the Annual Report!

With originally a 5% + holding , Polar Capital had circa 5 million shares.

If they are now trying to dump that lot then the share price is going to be stuck for weeks .

Problem here is lack of trust in Tom.
What is going on … why are the non exec Directors not buying shares ?

Chutes … re your post above …. they do not have any wind turbines on the land, there are not any under construction, they have not made any planning application to add any, they have not said that they are going to make a planning application !

It'll be the usual years of waiting with nothing happening.

I have no idea as to what is going on here but all my instincts point to getting out.

Be careful all.
