Back in after 10 years. Thk I sold around 17p 2009-10 but kept on watchlist. Sp suggested that comp was x-growth but last set of results looked ok, t/o growth looking probable and not unhappy about extra investment hitting profits, net cash is always nice and can get overlooked with Park/Appreciate. Not expecting fireworks but hope that the prospect of renewed growth will spark a re-rating. Anyone out there on ADVFN use them as a customer, corporate or other?

A director buy is always good news even if it is only £15K.

Video: Appreciate Group (APP) H1 results November 2019. (Formerly Park Group).

Ian O’Doherty, CEO outlines what’s been achieved in the period, not least the new name, their move to new offices, the pending launch of a new product, Giftli and more. This illustrates the execution of strategy, and a confidence in the full year.

Dreadful new name. I am sure they could have thought of a better one!

Lowest price for 5 years but still churning out profit. Steal for bottom draw at this price.

Also happen to know there were a few trades today but none showing on advfn

Results on 27.11. New low today, but on p.poor volume.

Changed my mind, I think it sounds really naff. Try again, Park.

Appreciate also means to raise in value, and that could backfire on the company.

At the moment, the share price is certainly NOT appreciating.

Park Group or Appreciate Group, yes I suppose it sounds a bit better, although its the product name that counts.

Interesting buying today, some 250k so far. Maybe something in the wind - announcement of latest product, possibly, but might be a bit early for that.

Thanks, rndm. My own view is that the new management will move things forward with their strategy. The Park Group Presentation was enlightening, especially with regard to market share.

I don't expect this to move much this year, except perhaps leading up to divi day, but that would suit me as I expect to add.

In the meantime, we've got 4.6% yield at 70p. That's nice.

Not too keen on that update. Yes, they appear to be doing all the right things, but they've given themselves an excuse for another year of less good results - and then what? Is the Corporate going to make up for an apparently declining Chrissie Hamper biz?

Average price 17.5p paid, and now this'll be (was) my final sale.

Park Group (PARK) run through H1 results, and give a strategy update. As given to analyst on 4.12.18.

Find an aerial view of a parking space or road. Suspend a model car so as to look part of the scene. But to ensure unreality, leave a blatant hint of whatever hand or ruler etc is involved. Take a photo and submit it to

(Apparently this is fun, and draws entrants from all over the world. Hmm.)
