The centre landlords need to spend to keep their units occupied so PEL have a window of opportunity if only they can grasp the fact that as more retailers move entirely online, their former shop fronts will be replaced by experiences and that’s why they need to be needle focused and not distracted on projects that have too many moving parts in far away lands

The big question is what kind of profit are PEL making on the diggits ? It is all very well making 800k revenue on each one, but at the moment I dont think many trust MGMT to have got their costings correct. Unless they disclose more info (brokers note maybe ?) it will take a couple of results statements to see if they have got it right. Unfortunately.

My understanding from a couple of years ago is that UK margins were too tight, with less <20% gross profit on many projects, especially such as English Heritage. Maybe that's changed?

Maybe the overhang is scaring people.

Can still buy 1 million online at 0.9495p

"So, Dubai and Russia. Where next?"

Timbuktu?

Qdos Entertainment make a £4 million annual profit and own the freeholds to many restaurants and pubs in Scarborough all on the back of predictable Christmas revenue.

It is not really rocket science to focus on building Christmas shopping centre attractions/theatre and this is where PEL should have focused instead of gallivanting around the world.

They messed up with the shopping centre climbing frame, but not by a million miles they just needed to pivot towards Christmas shopping centre attractions instead.

Are you shopping again playful....?

RNS reach confirming the opening of the 2nd Dig It!, this time in Russia.

I wonder how many of their (Edutainment Russia) 20 sites will have plans for Dig It!? And, if PEL are still gaining traction from the HY where they stated ''Our record order book includes eight Dig It! attractions to be delivered by mid-2019 with an average value of £0.8m each.''

So, Dubai and Russia. Where next?

Not a big number in cash terms but it helps a resolute seller gradually walk away.

Financial overview is years out of date.

If we can rustle together 5% we can submit a special resolution to get PJ1 running things.

playful. IMO there is not much in the last trading update to prompt buying. Whilst never say never, I would suspect a wait until confirmation of H1 and stability profit wise would be a tactic of many, especially in these difficult markets. I note the US is down over 2% again today. Not nice markets!

Dave,It depends on what sort of a bounce and profit you are looking for from your trade?

Back in 2016 the share price hit 1.2p ish lows, but was followed by significant Director buys by John Dobson from August 2016, then an ''ahead'' statement in November 2016 and then the new CFO also put his hand in his pocket, a signal the Market always likes. The share price then hit 6p in February 2017, following a clear break of a 2 year ''base'' and break of resistance. (400%)

I suspect you are looking for a short term bounce and profit, but maybe I am wrong? Could history repeat itself?

Whilst we have Revenue guidance for H1 2019 there is nothing for EBITDA or pre tax profit, therefore it would be difficult to issue an ''ahead'' statement in H1 without disclosure of other key financials. The new CFO has not bought any and MP has a large holding which is added to regularly in smaller amounts.

Any takers with Financial Projections before I put my neck on the block?

Relentless and no sign of it lessening. You would have thought the seller would communicate with the NOMAD and try and place the shares?

Only 250k worked today as no buying and they took 0.9p

If they cannot attract pi's the offer will get dropped lower and lower.

They did that with Byot to 1.55p all time low and got a mass of volume to clear
the seller and now it's back to 1.9-2p

so all is not lost, just needs to find a level where pi's will find it irristible

JD's average seems to be about 2.12p, so he's taking a substantial hit on a large holding if it is.

The last 500k will be a worked sale filled when 400k bought at 1p

The offer dropped to 0.97p for a million which spooked me out to take a small hit at 0.95p.

Somebody with size clearly wanting out

so - were those 500K delayed sells? If buys then I'm surprised it didn't lift the price a bit.

Nothing is offered at 1p online now

If the worked 500k sale from last week was last of the seller then there should be a bounce.

Still not sure though if this one is a winner or not but can have good runs after a long spell of drifting
