Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM:PEL), the attractions design, production and fit-out business, announces that on 3 January 2018, John Dobson, CEO of the Company, purchased 1,431,490 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, John Dobson and persons closely associated with him are beneficially interested in 12,289,926 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.55% of the Company's issued share capital.
