Ignore Beeks, he's a vile little toerag.Might hear this week whether the insolvency lawyer is prepared to take the case. If he is, great, if he isn't I'll keep looking for someone who will...

Check the Appendix 1 to the SFO letter I sent you. Barry started the Paragon Shareholders Association. I fell out with him after I helped him prepare the list of questions for the first s'holder meeting in Walsall and then he refused point blank to divulge any details of what transpired there. By now doubtless he realises that I was right: I gather he's given up on Paragon, but hopefully he'll still have at least some of the email addresses for the s'holders who were in the Association...

...and I imagine that many of those who had given up may regain an interest if there is *some* chance of recovering at least *some* of their losses...

super

"I did and Hugo replied with some bits about Lucara will let them pay over a long period so that would be paid off from revenues."

I hope, if the case goes ahead, in due course you will write an affidavit to that effect.

I hope, incidentally, that if a case does progress you will contact your chum - and through him other (ex-)Loan Note Holders - to let them know about what is happening. If they then choose to continue trusting Manduca then fair enough: but I suspect that many of them don't trust him any further than they can spit a rat, but think they have no choice ('Whiskey Jim' admitted as much in post 6909 back on March 15th of this year - I imagine there are many who feel as 'she' does). If they *do* have a choice (although of course nothing can be guaranteed), I imagine many of them would flip, bringing with them intelligence about what has been going on behind the scenes in recent months.

If a case does proceed I'll be mailing Barry to that affect. Whatever has passed between us, a class action would be the time to bury the hatchet and unite around a common cause: trying to get our money back and seeing those responsible held to account...

And I was bullish on PRG I fell for Manducas lies and got attached/emotional. I learnt from it.

Did you get caught holding a load of PRG? I seem to recall you were a big bull here.

We have had spats before.

A friend suggested I should buy PRG, he has a lot, is a loan note holder and lost the lot.

BTW for the loan note crew he is s solid guy and hasn't said a word and I don't ask. That's how I and he operates. it's called integrity.

So I bought some, started to read up and range him at some point suggesting it looked highly dodgy and what they were saying couldn't be true.

He then rang the BOD re the concerns I raised and the particular BOD number laughed it all off. He rang me back re what was said and by whom.

Swooped kept knocking my view saying "why don't you contact the company"

I did and Hugo replied with some bits about Lucara will let them pay over a long period so that would be paid off from revenues.

However Lucara in their news said it was to be paid by March which would have been before the mine started up. So with $15 mill and paying Lucara HTF were they ever going to get 1 mine going let alone two.

It matters not what you think, the guys I know in this and now don't posts know what I said and warned about.

Why do you think I still hang around.

BTW just pinged the right folk sick to death of the corruption and lies on the market.

It may fall on deaf ears but I won't give up. If those that should be doing something do nothing what you then do is target them for doing nothing but first you give them the chance.

CS sounds off and gets the P taken out of him for it but he is taking action. When I take action nothing will be said it will just happen if it's a runner. There is no greater pleasure than watching complacent toerags be physically sick when they realise their number is up.

I am not picking a fight at all just correcting him.

Superg has talked a lot of sense but in my opinion has a massive ego and has talked a lot of bullocks. He bought and sold PRG within 24 hours saying how good it was then as soon as he sold how bad it was, similar to OBT how good it was sold then how bad it was...goes up 300-400%.

I hold no grudges it is what it is.

iLeeman, you're picking a fight with the wrong guy. After selling, you can't say that SuperG didn't continually warn us about the stink around PRG? It was incessant, you shouted him down, and I just hoped he wasn't right about it.But you and I are the eventual losers, the target to focus on is surely Manduca, (and by association Northland)

"Possibly it's PM desperation to cash in big on the loan note that finished the company."

I think that's more than a possibility...

There are also huge questions about the ITGT and Acrux 'funding', which I now believe to have been entirely fictional, and indeed about those entities themselves. I believe Manduca himself gave the game away in the interview of 2nd October 2015 when - having claimed to have received a call from another potential investor that very morning (we never heard any more about this new funding lead, surprisingly) - said 'money attracts money'. It is my strong suspicion (though at this stage I cannot prove it) that the ITGT and Acrux 'fundings' were invented to try and generate interest in the company and attract some *real* money to get the share price up, and that it was the failure to do so which led to the company's 'temporary' suspension pending 'clarification of the company's financial position' - it wasn't temporary and we never heard another peep from them about Paragon's financial position...

Superg

You bought and sold the next day on PRG and your words were along the lines of 'I didn't like the current financial climate' (I remember cause it literally made me laugh)...nothing to do with Manduca as you are stating now.

OBT/PRG

I know Frank was saying buy/hold PRG at one point (TW Pizza evening presentation) but it appeared clear as time went on FS and PM didn't get on. FS sold out entirely and one wonders why OBT would offer up the loan note at half price and then it turns out to have been a very good move.

I will at some point join up the dots re the Spread bet facility for 21.5 million shares followed by the whole lot of Grandinex ending up with Spreadex.

That will have to be cross referenced with how much Titanium put in and the £500k loan plus whatever was left in the bank on the last interims report.

What seems likely without further digging is that PRG were in serious cash difficulties and were reported it. Why else would so many shares be out into SB positions other than to free up cash. Cash for what we don't know as it seems they claim they weren't taking a salary.

Possibly it's PM desperation to cash in big on the loan note that finished the company.

Mothae it now seems was just PMs attempt to light up the share price for his own personal gain and in doing so he has screwed it all up.

It seems form the Lesotho comments he trend to lies to try and get the Mothae deal done re the trade4finance loan. I have yet to find such a company that exists that fits what Lesotho said.

It is a complex structure and I see it as a deterrent myself. So why the question as to its relationship to PRG.

Besides the fact Frank Scholaro has had fingerprints on both!
