GOERGE ITS THE POST ABOVE 51 i was told pre-xmas of corporate news i set the thread up info was start of the new year ,nothing it went up 20% nothing major but they issued an rns on the 14th i think word had to got out too the mm,s or the mkt.i think they were afraid it would scupper the deal.i heard last week news could be close i bought 2x250k and 200k this week.the link above is too the company they own fabozo they were set up in jan 2009 yopull see the proactive link.it was for the world cup 2010 admitted at 6p.anyway 2 new retail links in fabozo website this week too online retailers they open okay but the link i gave you appears too be a e-card payment link too PAQ.NOTHING DODGY IT JUST WONT OPEN.

Supply Contract and launch of point of sales in Mainland China


The Board of PAQ, the AIM listed leading designer and manufacturer of branded and Original Equipment Manufacturer ("OEM") "softwear" for
electronic products and accessories, is pleased to announce that it has finalised an agreement to supply a range of its products to the
Suning Appliance stores in the People's Republic of China ("PRC").

Suning Appliance is the second largest consumer appliance retailer in the ("PRC"), with a listing on the Shenzen Stock Exchange. It
currently operates over 600 stores, in 190 cities across 28 provinces, with an expectation to increase this number of stores to 1,500 by the
end of 2009.

PAQ continues to increase its market share through co-branding agreements and partnerships. The Company's heritage as a white labelled
OEM manufacturer is rapidly evolving into a high-margin business, with the PRC and US markets initial targets for PAQ branded product lines.

Point of Sales Business Development

In anticipation of the Beijing Olympics this August, PAQ has opened 10 concessions within stores in Beijing. Also, it has opened a
further 4 concessions in Shanghai and other areas in the PRC Kelvin Yau, Chief Executive of PAQ, commented, "This is an excellent contract for PAQ, increasing our presence and visibility in the
PRC, as our strategy dictates. This is one of PAQ's first contracts where we have gone directly to the high street store rather than via
intermediaries.

PAQ International in JV to use footballers' images on its merchandise

PAQ International Holdings Ltd said it entered a joint venture deal with Fobazo, a company that specialises in exclusive image and signature rights, which will allow the venture to use international footballers' images on PAQ merchandise.


China-based PAQ makes and distributes protective bags for mobile phones, laptops and other electrical devices.


PAQ and Fobazo will create a new JV company in which PAQ will have a majority holding of 51 percent in return for manufacturing, distributing and marketing the products bearing the exclusive rights. The JV will initially seek to distribute the PAQ merchandise carrying the rights to the Greater China market given the current focus of PAQ in those markets.


However, the JV is entitled to distribute the rights to unlimited markets around the world. PAQ is currently finalising due diligence with regard to the rights

a long road but now ready for major uprating Outlook and Future Prospects
The Board is now prioritizing the strategy of licensing and joint venture arrangements and we
are looking to enhance the PAQ brand by leveraging on our historical manufacturing
strengths in cases and bags for electronics products and accessories. We will continue to
develop our expertise in producing high quality, reliable and innovative products.
The Group will also strengthen its design and development capabilities to further raise its
brand profile to distinguish itself from other product suppliers.
The Board believes that the joint venture and licensing strategies referred to above have the
potential to generate significant publicity, brand recognition and revenue in the lead up to the
World Cup in South Africa in 2010.
Despite signs of global recovery, we remain prudent in the current market condition and we
are currently working with our customers towards developing strategies that reflect the
deteriorating conditions in some markets such as reducing stock inventories and producing
cheaper range of bags while deferring the implementation of any contracts that might include
immediate substantial financial outlay.
Notwithstanding the current poor market conditions, the Board is confident of the long term
prospects of the Group as we are in discussion with numerous companies on sports
