If you expect anything from Tatnall then I suggest you pop over to PPG were he works part time, bled the company dry after awarding himself mega wages for doing sod all.

How this guy gets away without investigation is beyond me.

Dam i forgot to post on the two year anniversary of the suspension - a period during which the fees and rent taken from the company have been crazy. I have a spare desk in my home office - I will rent it to them for the knock down rate of £3k per year - now that will save them fortunes......

A clarification RNS covering at what point an equity interest in Phestor was made and what percentage it is, wouldn't go amiss....

"The Company has terminated its discussions with Phestor Limited, Greenway Activated Carbon Limited and Phestor Denmark as terms could not be agreed that were satisfactory to the Company. However, the Company retains a significant equity interest in these companies and remains a significant creditor of them and their principal James Thorpe".

Well that will be another umpteen months delay. On the Phestor terms - I must have missed the RNS where the shares were purchased to give us the "significant" equity interest mentioned in today's RNS. Given Longley was a director of Phestor until July 2017 - and obviously would have had a detailed knowledge of the company, it is a tad odd that a deal could not be struck. Maybe it was never the intention, to then advance a loan to the company is very dubious and the company should explain why that loan was made.

Meanwhile as per the accounts released...they are drawing fees, paying a related company £35k for rent (up from £10k year before - for a room with two desks!) making a £33k loan to Phestor Ltd the company which they are supposedly tying the RTO up with.......hmmm

DD should not be taking 4 months to complete on a pretty straight forward deal. Have done plenty in my time and 3 to 4 months should be more than adequate here.
