Panthera Resources plc (AIM: PAT), the gold exploration and development company with assets in India and West Africa, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to the AGM held at 2pm on Friday 28 September 2018 were passed unanimously.

As part of the Company's succession planning two long serving Directors, Chris Rashleigh and Peter Carroll did not stand for re-election. We are deeply appreciative of their tireless service on behalf of shareholders and wish them well in all their future endeavours.
