10/1/2019 10:34 | Hmm. You sold ALBA around .28 before it spiked lol. I held and sold for .62 a tidy little pofit. Do not trust this sad pathetic serial pump and dump merchant. He is well known all over these boards!!! | stephen2010
10/1/2019 10:14 | Rajasthan is 5.5 hours ahead and so conceivably if the hearing is still on, we could have a RNS on the outcome tomorrow at 7am or sometime in the morning at the latest. | moneymunch
09/1/2019 14:10 | Thanks for the reply! | sol118
09/1/2019 13:56 | An AGM is mandatory, and so one was expected sooner or later, and probably makes sense to have it after the planned hearing as it will be a very happy event if positive progress has been made on permit approval. | moneymunch
09/1/2019 13:17 | Is it strange that they have arranged an agm with out knowing the outcome of the court hearing?? | sol118
09/1/2019 12:27 | A timely AGM, and an opportunity to inform the market if Friday's High Court hearing had been delayed. | moneymunch
08/1/2019 15:16 | The High Court hearing planned for this Friday could be delayed, as suggested by the CEO , but if it is delayed then presumably they would have to inform the market by Rns given its importance, , and presumably they would know by now if it is or isn't , and so no news is good news at the moment and maybe the hearing is still on. | moneymunch
07/1/2019 21:39 | 3 months later, Galaxy confirm their intentions of buying into Panthera's world class Bhukia prospect dependent on permit license approval, along with Galaxy's principal investor Hunch Ventures and Investments Pvt. Ltd ("Hunch"), which is a successful Indian venture capital group with strong government, corporate and institutional connections to the mining industry in India. Panthera's Rajasthan High Court hearing for the permit is planned for this Friday 11th January 2019, but Panthera have stated this could be delayed because of staff changes in court following the change in the Government of Rajasthan, Plenty of upside if Panthera confirm the hearing is still on for Friday, and a massive rise in share price if they win the appeal, otherwise a drop on any delay and a massive fall if the appeal is rejected. 05/1/2019 09:54 | Galaxy - 19/9/18 India has the capacity to produce over 100 tonnes of gold per year to better satisfy the country's enormous demand for the precious metal which is mostly met by imports, a foreign expert said on Wednesday. Addressing Assocham's 11th International Gold Summit here, the Managing Director of Galaxy Gold Mines of Australia, Nick Spencer, said that such an increase in domestic production from the current level of just over 1 tonne per annum would go some way towards satisfying India's hunger .. "India currently produces 1 to 1.5 tonnes of gold per year from just one working field in the country while it consumes 900 tonnes per annum," Spencer said. "The country can ramp up capacity to produce between 100-200 tonnes of gold in a year which could come out of around 20 mines." Read more at: | moneymunch

31/12/2018 12:01 | Not surprised at the rebound mm's were trying it on Laughable small traders like the 26k who risked this one and took £20 profit, they will get wiped out in 2019, try and hold for bigger gains | dave4545
31/12/2018 11:29 | 3 times buys to sales price down 9% mm's quite determined to get this down today. I'm expecting a mug to sell out and make their daily profit. Usually that easy | dave4545
31/12/2018 10:14 | 32,295 impressive pays 2.44p sells for 2.13p after 2 hours. Never gave the trade a chance of a profit | dave4545
29/12/2018 22:11 | However if a contract is awarded share price will fly | adrianuk
29/12/2018 22:04 | Let's be realistic. Company needs the mining license or will be lights out soon. Burning money. Indian companies waiting to take over. Problem with India is corruption and prejudice towards foreign businesses. Hardy oil and gas are a prime example of corrupt Indian courts. | adrianuk
28/12/2018 16:16 | 2.16-2.37p on the dip | dave4545
28/12/2018 16:12 | Hopefully they will (make an offer) and buy it out .... let us see what 2019 brings .... progress should reward patience with this as there is indeed light at end of tunnel now compared with a few months back. Happy New Year :-) | livewireplus
28/12/2018 15:40 | Indeed, sort of makes you wonder why the companies that are interested in PAT don't just buy it?! | qs99

28/12/2018 15:11 | Breaks 2.5p offer it will. They were happy to chase it to 4.2p last spike. Wish they were offering more size when it was sub 1.7p but mm's are not daft they only let people sell at the lows not buy size | dave4545 |
