Exactly that to cease an opportunity and attain 100% holding of an area is one thing. Funded now to drill these high potential locations will re-rate the SP

Sector sentiment is an excuse for a badly ran company

If PALM find commercial discoveries it will reflect in the share price

It’s that simple

I look at both sides of the argument before investing Hazl - I dont sugercoat the bull. Everybody knows copper's important you're talking nonsense

"To put it simply the detailed work in progress at the gold tailings projects is delivering. Assay results from additional areas of the tailing orebodies prove abundant gold at surface and new silver and tellurium grades which provide potentially valuable by-products. It is worth noting that the tellurium grades of approximately 14g/t are nearly twice the grade of those reported in the historic sampling for concentrate testing at Sylvanite in 2012 which ultimately achieved 152g/t. This, combined with the fact that tellurium is recognised as a critical mineral in Canada, could also offer further benefit to the projects.

investegate as above.

Hadn't heard of Tellurium before being a critical mineral .
I wonder what it's role is as a zero carbon definition ?

I agree 'simple'.

Simply put you cannot hide your negativity.
I am sure it suits your stance.
When the market gets the first sniff of copper being in near future demand, then copper companies will rise, it's that simple!

And companies will be willing to put their money where their mouth is, if they see there is capital to be made.

You can be the bear argument I can be the bull.
And who knows?
It will probably be in between.

Hazl - this is the 'new' reality - regulated lenders cannot lend to the resources sector the way they used to. As a bank you used to be able to lend the same dollar to 16 different borrowers, now only one. This will not change (we have realised that it is not sensible) so these miners just have to rely on generous investors i.e. you and me. Its not sentiment driven, its the way it is.

Secondly, the share price of Panther will only (meaningfully) move up when it finds a commercial deposit. It will not continue to rise and fall because the CEO sticks a video on Twitter saying 'I feel really good'.

This is not the same market as 10 years ago - you have to trade on fundamentals now. Small time PIs will continue to try and ramp stating 'The MMs are holding it down, the sector is just unloved, they don't know what we know' but its futile.

Again: the share price is down here because the company has yet to demonstrate it has a commercial deposit worth building infrastructure around, and has the money to do it. Simple

As I said earlier, when the sector improves then many companies will rerate.

Then it might become clear which companies are more sought after.

In the meantime, I am buying up a few copper and gold companies while they appear cheap...and before any stampede!

Each to their own.
I agree it's been a long haul but Covid, wars, economic woes created the scenario.

In my opinion

first we need

Sector sentiment improving.

Then the rest will follow.

Roman seems a bit of a contradiction there I must say.

First you say it's 'Fundamentals' ... pointless in this stage of a mining company's lifecycle.... in my opinion.
However, then you go on to state
'
All of these mining minnows are struggling to raise capital due to changing banking regs (Basel IV) '

which is 'sector' woes as I pointed out.

Make your mind up!

Morning Hazl - the share price reflect the fundamentals of the business, not sure I agree this is sitting at 4m market cap due to sentiment on the sector in general. All of these mining minnows are struggling to raise capital due to changing banking regs (Basel IV) and in order to trade on anything other than hope you need more than a good story - every miner thinks its a billion dollar opportunity. The metals Panther are targeting are all flying, that should only add a premium to the share price

Investors are tired of hearing 'just you wait'. Panther now needs to prove it has something in order to get a meaningful re-rating.

Roman danmart...the share price reflects the sector in recent times...so yes it gives an indication of that.
What I then do, is see if the other companies in the sector are similarly suffering and they have been.

'Have been' is useful because I sense they are tweaking up.

Sector sentiment is everything because it points to direction.

Given the data that's been spread far and wide. If these 6 holes and soil sampling prove commercial viability, Darren has skin in the game to reward him nicely along with all shareholders. He has been very vocal about bringing value to PALM shareholders. We will see either way by the end of December.

Thanks JP - this is far too early for structured finance and whilst they do invest in strategic early stage businesses, they already know Canada so nothing to be gained.

Like you say if they are next door and the results are good I would expect them simply to buy the whole business (this is still only $4m). They are far more likely to make money with their own team managing this than Darren and the spades he found in the garage.

And I agree with Danmart12, the share price doesnt lie.

Deals subject to NDAs so not definitely Glencore but neighbouring licences are held by First Class Metals and GT Resources, the latter has made discoveries & has a published deal with Glencore so strategically it makes sense to partner or seek to buy Dotted due to location & type of resource. Darren's last interview on TMS a couple of days ago, from memory 9 minutes in Darren is asked about financing and gives the most confident response you'll ever see, doesn't say but clearly sitting on a deal in principle subject to drill results.

My Interpretation.

Please don't buy any more. I have a bet against...or something similar.

Perhaps people are more canny than you think Dan, judging by the posts since.
