Share Consolidation

At the meeting, inter alia, a resolution was passed which approved the consolidation of 92,822,307 existing ordinary shares ("Existing Ordinary Shares") of no par value on a 25 into 1 basis, such that every 100 Existing Ordinary Shares are consolidated into 4 ordinary shares

Is it defo Glencore?

Having worked with them in the past...this needs to be a BIG discovery to consider building a mine around it. If it is, they'll buy the whole company asap, which would imply a price much higher than a 7-8 bag.

Why haven't they taken an equity stake yet? Potentially they have (through another name) although highly unlikely.

The 50% costs are beer money, gives them some sort of first call if its commercial. I agree the risk/reward looks really favourable but don't know anything of the geography and basis previous hype (and failure to deliver) i'd rather sit and wait and take a smaller win for less reward

Share price is 5p in old money, intention is to dual list on TSX once they have a commercial discovery.Dotted Lake could be a dud as 40 years (but just 3 drills) of exploration found nothing. But, rocks analogous to neighbouring discoveries and good soil samples, advanced geophysics has found conductors and deal with Glencore including 50% of new soil sampling & they have Glencore geologists on site in addition to Panthers team for drilling.Drilling 4 targets & 6 holes in next 4-6 weeks.MCAP is £4m, if any of the 4 targets turn into commercial discoveries then worth minimum £25m which is a 7-8 bag.On a risk to reward ratio Panther looks attractive.Has it been hyped? Not really, good comms with current shareholders, not so much to the market.

No one believes him anymore

He’s been hyping this company and the various (it’s changed a few times) Canadian exploration licenses he keeps getting excited about.

If only his excitement lead to commercial discovery instead of shareholder dilution

Remind me, what was the point of the share consolidation other than to make it easier to raise more funds to pay his wages and expenses?
The drilling so far has been rubbish

Good little interview there. Darren is keeping level headed and focus on dotted lake for the next 6-8wks with every confidence that the market will hopefully give PALM its real value which is 4/5 times where it's at now

Good news today. Let's hope we finally have something to cheer and the soil samples yield up a decent find with the drill.
Unfortunately there is no buying interest. The spread as ever is ludicrous and unfortunately made worse by the very thing that was supposed to make it better, the consolidation, which has only sought to make this even more illiquid than it was.

Thats the biggest positive since I have started following: theyve found someone to start financing (part of) this. No idea how much a soil survey costs, and/or why they are paying 'around 50%', but (flip of the coin) hopefully there's a lot more capital behind it.

Will help if the CEO clears that up

Sorry the dips were back in Aug/Sept. Stock is currently in play, essentially a gamble. We've been here plenty of times before but this isn't wildcat drilling. The IP & soils give much better odds, industry "guests" are on site & we learn today they're paying for the privilege.

yes things starting to pick up with news flow. Must be on a steady climb to £1.18 mark then to £1.40 and see if that breaks. Could well be a xmas treat for all those investors. watching and buying on dips....

If I was a day trader i'd say you've got a couple of months of upward momentum from here.

I don't have a position, if the results are game-changing I'm happy buy a lot higher (with a lot less risk lol).

And by results I mean Darren already having a structured finance desk ready to hand over a cheque
