Hints aren't going to get the share price up. He has been dropping hints for the last two years or more.
We need to turn hints into commercial hits 🙏

Darren likes to drop some hints......"BHP and Lundin's takeover of Filo for $4.1bn this week is a classic exploration success story.Hole 41, like hole 76 at Hemlo, was the game changer. Greatland in Australia and Great Bear in Canada are other recent big wins.Research and understand their successes."

Good posts guys agree all round even ticked up soul, to counter the negative.

I think consolidation was a good thing.

Another month or so for the market to value PALM where the team think it should be, great entry level here to see a 3/4x rise before an eagerly awaiting drill program.

Directors have been building their holdings. They know something good due this year. Will add on any dip as not many shares around and expect news within 6 weeks.

Long history? Where you getting that from? Even going back to 2018 is only 6yrs, he listed it in 2020 without having anything, go figure that out. Check out Patrick over at TYM which has been running for 20+ years

JP - There's a long history of PALM jumping to focus on the next shiny bauble when results indicate that the previous bauble isn't as shiny as expected.

I understand your perception of Awkward. However, I think the visible focus on graphite, while interesting in its own right, might be related to the potential for critical mineral government initiative grants. Just my musing, I've no evidence for that.

There is still the possibility that graphite formation is related to thermal alteration from the underlying conduit, and that the PGM potential hasn't gone away. The Awkward drill holes to date have been quite shallow relative to the conduit depth. Again AIMHO, and maybe I'm hoping more than expecting.

Define proper due diligence, the board have agreed with this and no doubtable have had many discussions in what happens if the results are not adequate. I see the graphite play is near surface and plentiful which represents today's current mcap valuation. Targeting 2x VMS strikes that's clearly not priced in today's market. Great position to be in if your sub 3.5p/100p entry in my opinion

I'm still struggling with the exploration strategy. They are drilling holes without proper due diligence because in Darren's words they'd probably drill the prospect anyway. Awkwards a good example where they targeted NiPGMs and then spun it to graphite. Charles asks about target prioritisation and I'd expect a definitive response. I am invested here & added at 90p on the basis of a deal for Wishbone if it materialises.

Market should run this up sooner than later, Darren goes a little into depth here about the last few years in Panther. Anyone unsure of how his role as CEO and interest in building the company up into its position today should listen in. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Iva_tsQJFFg

Totally agree with your comments here as discussed in todays pod interview with Darren! Aiming high to turn this into a mid-tier valuation $100-300m potential. He's very clear on drilling and no prolonged company doing surveys for years and wasting time along with raising funds. Confidence in no Micky mouse deals as well so like you said possibility's of hitting zero https://www.youtube.com/embed/ipsoRgSz7Y0

From my perspective (working with the industry) the whole sector is short of financing, this isn't the market of 3 years ago. Unless you have some wealthy backers (i.e. PIs or IIs, and IIs don't fund mining exploration!), you are looking at the banks. They have closed to only the biggest clients. So these majors will be in a position to buy you out, but as we know they don't look for strategic add-ons, they come to take whats yours.

The CEO needs to really know what he is doing, or just hope there's something massivee down there. Either could happen, but are unlikely (this is mining exploration after all). There are miners aon every exchange who have found a commercial deposit, but not commercial 'enough'. Doesn't mean this is not worth investing in (as a trade), but like I said before I would much prefer investing higher up (less risk on the table) than lower down when it's all the CEOs word

not seen any NPV figures on any of PALMs assets, $100m would be something quite remarkable. Not expecting majors to be involved here but mid-tiers might have an interest in add assets if it's substantial enough at a fraction of that price

It's either going for $100m+, or zero. No major is going to bother paying $20m odd for something that will take 10-15 years to develop (plus infrastructure costs), unless it is seriously big. And if the deposits are seriosly big, you sell for a lot more than 20.

There are working assets on the market in the hundreds of millions that majors are turning down, because there are better deals out there. This needs to be a huge find

You can say Darren and the team will 4/5 fold from here as a minimum. Hard to say what's actually going to be delivered but it's clear the company is going in the right direction when the Mcap was 20m during 2021
