Fact check for Helpfool, post #21830:

Helpfool wrote, "The gas pipeline would not be built until 2031-2032, assuming no court cases." Fact check? False. Lies. The plan as laid out by AGDC and WoodMac would see first gas from the North Slope *transported* via the gasline in 2031. This schedule incorporates time for the required environmental studies and court challenges. With the pipeline to be built on state land, the Federal govt's involvement in the permitting process is minimal.

Quite the lie from Helpfool; construction in 2031-32 (lie) v's first gas transported through the gas pipeline in 2031 (truth). But wait, there's much more disinformation where that came from.....

Helpfool wrote, "Nobody is going to lay down billions of dollars when a fresh government might raze everything the previous has done." Fact check? Misinformation. Helpfool continues to ignore the fact that this project is driven by the State of Alaska, not the Federal govt. Once the Army Corps of Engineers work has been completed, pretty much everything else is in the hands of the State of Alaska, not the Feds. Let's ask Helpfool when he anticipates the next time Alaskans will vote for a Democrat as Governor, running on an anti-natural resources manifesto? There hasn't been a Democrat Governor in Alaska for over 20 years. Fact. I bet we'll hear crickets from the resident fool......lol.

But please wait around longer because Helpfool has managed to vomit up some more drivel, all in the same post! He wrote, "Oil majors have parted Alaska. Tired of the head turning political game of ping pong. Easier targets elsewhere." Yes, BP sold Prudhoe Bay to Hilcorp but he must be (deliberately) forgetting to mention Exxon, Conoco, Repsol and Santos, all of whom are players on the North Slope of Alaska. Fact.

Buy, sell or hold PANR but don't pay a blind bit of attention to Helpfool because he is a fecund liar, and demonstrably so.

Cor blimey, guv!

You do know that this is the Helpfull thread on Panr, don't you?

If you want to post about 88e to go the 88e threads/bulletin board.

Mentioning 88e on here only reminds long term holders of the very great risk with Pantheon shares.

An oil and gas company with no production in a state where oil majors have exited.

Where the company relies on regular cash raises from shareholders, continually depressing the share price.

Where no one has farmed in.

And where the BOD sold shares at 123p whilst the share price fell from 140p to 10p.

You do know that don't you?

You do realise you could start your own thread, don't you?

Give it a go and all the like minded posters will join you.

There is great risk here.

Be careful.

How did Helpfull determine that mlf51's average price purchase price is 36p?
I assume that it's just another lie.

Did Helpfull find out in the same way that he used to determine that I started shorting at 41p (which is a complete lie too)?
I have never shorted Pantheon shares.

CRIKEY HAPLESS

what's with all this sitting watching and waiting nonsense ?

"shorters sitting watching to see when it will become profitable to jump back in"

the hapless clown is waiting for 16p AGAIN to enter expecting it to go to 10p !!

'profitable' ?

SP went on a run to almost 29p after your last attempt - FACT

you would have been better off shorting your 'bargain of the century' 88e from 0.35p

you do know 88e have no money, no planned drilling operations and still haven't flowed a well in 10 years of huff and puffs 'project icewine' trying !!

Cor blimey, guv!

"They play the same old (10p) record whenever the share price drops a little, it’s as boring as their 140p to 10p yarn but they have nothing else"

A drop from 140p to 10p is a big "nothing else".

It's why you have an average of 36p and will breakeven if the share price manages to rise that far.

It's why you are awake at 5.20am and posting on ADVFN.

It's why you always come back to this thread even though you have filtered it.

You failed to understand the great risk.

And you have been sentenced to years of regret.

My heart bleeds for you.

Be careful.

It is still clear that Mangrove has no faith in its short because it has reduced it from a long-term position of approximately 1.56% down to approximately 1.0% now.

Cor blimey, guv!

The Mangrove short.

Hasn't gone away.

Neither have the shorters.

They are sitting watching to see when it will become profitable to jump back in again.

Anyone that thinks otherwise doesn't understand the risk.

There is great risk here.

And limited reward.

The risk of losing everything.

Against watching for a few penny rise, tempered by continual cash raises and the length of time for everything to fall into place.

Do not rule out the 10p target.

17p, or less, for the next cash raises is a nailed on certainty, as exemplified this last summer.

Placees understand the weakness of the Pantheon situation, though posters don't appear to do so.

Be careful.

Newcomers,

Here is another example why this thread is no longer a place for sensible discussion.

In post 21828, Helpfull (identified as "Stinky Pete") wrote:
"What do you think of the negative RNS about the possibility of a gas pipeline this morning?"

However, here is a sensible explanation of the RNS issued by Pantheon this morning (copied from the Pantheon Guild).
My thanks to user Unlikely2

For anyone who has not been following the story closely, the lack of a backstop (guarantee they will get their money back if the Final Investment Decision (FID) is to not proceed), is what has been detering private companies/investors from putting up the money for the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) for the pipeline.
This feels like the first log pulled out of the jam. One wonders what the chap who bought just over 1m shares at close of play last night knew? - Well played to him/her"

So, another hopeless attempt to mislead newcomers from Helpfull.

Cor blimey,guv!

michaelsadvfn knows his onions:

"For each oil well there would be the need for 1 gas reinjection well"

Have you ever heard of an oil and gas company that drills a well and then drills another well to put what came out of the first back into the ground?

They should have just left it in the ground and saved on the cost of drilling two wells.

0/10 for helpless.

Educating the uneducated....

If the gas pipeline fails to appear that 3.3 Tcf represents a hell of a cost for re-injection.

No it doesn't.

For each oil well there would be the need for 1 gas reinjection well.

It's no more complicated than that but just you continue to scaremonger the naive.

Preying on the naive.....disgusting.

Cor blimey, guv!

There is great risk here.

It is a good job that mike290 does in warning potential shareholders to keep as far away from this share as possible.

He,and many long term shareholders, wish that they had done the same.

Huge losses which they are too scared to realise.

Do what mike290 implores you to do.

Stay away.

There is no oil production for years to come.

There is a stark need for funding.

Many shareholders thought that the company could get funding.

Only to realise at the last cash raise that they had been fooled.

There will be more cash raises. Many.

It is the easiest option for management.

Naive shareholders are easier to convince than experienced money men.

Do what mike290 wants you to do.

Stay away from this share.

Mike290 should be applauded for his efforts despite great personal loss.

He has returned the 10p target.

Be careful.

Cor blimey guv!

There is great risk here.

And what of Megrez-1?

Investors might consider all that gas.

Investors might instead consider all of that 609mmbbls of light sweet crude.

Don't suppose you considered that did you?
